1前菜:西餐的第一道菜是头盘,也称为开胃品。

浪漫家庭西餐怎么做好吃:简单浪漫的西餐食谱之一:黑胡椒猪扒

主料:猪里脊肉200g

主料:春饼4张

辅料:鸡胸脯肉、圣女果、油、面包糠、鸡蛋1个、洋葱、辣椒粉、胡椒粉、精盐、生菜适量

做法:

1、首先将鸡胸肉切片,放入辣椒粉、盐、胡椒粉,腌制1个小时入味。

2、将腌好的鸡肉蘸上蛋液,粘上面包糠,放入锅中煎至两面金黄。

3、接着把薄饼放在盘子上平铺好,放上一片生菜,半块小西红柿和洋葱丝,然后摆入炸好的鸡排,卷成卷即可。

小提示:里面的蔬菜可以任意搭配。

主料:鸡腿250g

辅料:油、盐、鸡蛋、淀粉、面包糠、大蒜汁、白胡椒粉、蚝油、鸡精、白糖、十三香适量

做法:

1、首先将鸡腿去骨,然后剪断筋皮,用松肉锤砸松,后放入保鲜盆里,接着加入大蒜汁、食盐、白糖、蚝油、白胡椒粉和十三香提鲜。

2、将加入调料的鸡腿拌匀入味后,放入冰箱冷藏数个小时,然后把鸡蛋打散,取出腌制好的鸡腿,先均匀裹上一层淀粉,后放进蛋液里粘满蛋液。

3、再将裹满蛋液的鸡腿排放入面包糠种,滚一层面包糠,然后逐个粘好静置备用。

4、炒锅放油,油热下入裹好外衣的鸡腿排下锅,用中火油炸制成金**,后沥油捞出关火,装盘即可。

小贴士:偏甜的可以用叉烧酱腌制;喜欢蒜味的可以加入大蒜。
