市面上的蛋白粉有名的就那么几个牌子,国外的主要是肌肉科技、欧普特蒙、诺特兰德、美瑞克斯以及广为流传超级便宜的mp熊猫粉,国内主要有汤臣倍健、康比特等,但从蛋白粉的主要作用来说,健身买蛋白粉说白了就是为了获取更优质的蛋白质。市面上销售的蛋白粉主要就是乳清蛋白,其他什么大豆蛋白啊鸡蛋白啊都是噱头,不要被忽悠了,花了乳清蛋白粉的价钱买了大豆蛋白粉。蛋白质可分为动物蛋白与植物蛋白,动物蛋白与人类的营养结构比较吻合,其蛋白质的种类和结构更加接近人体的蛋白结构和数量,而且一般都含有人体必需的8种氨基酸(特别是蛋制品和奶制品),所以动物蛋白质要比植物蛋白质营养价值高。蛋白粉又分为增肌粉,乳清蛋白粉,和正氮氮白粉,比较常见的三种,瘦子增肌就用增肌粉,微胖增肌的就用乳清蛋白粉,专业增肌就用正氮蛋白

蛋白质含量高的食物主要有以下4种:

1) 奶类食物以及奶制品,像牛奶,羊奶等其含有大量的蛋白质,不仅可以帮我们补充充足的蛋白质,还含有丰富的钙质,可以有效预防缺钙的情况。

2) 肉类食物,比如猪,羊,牛,鸡,鸭,鹅等各种牲畜的肉类都是含有丰富的蛋白质的。
