英语课堂不良行为的表现及其对策 课堂是教学的主阵地,是师生互动交流、实现教学目的、完成教学任务的最重要场所。因此,学生英语课堂上的行为表现与教学效益有着密切的关系。积极的课堂行为能让师生在愉快和谐的气氛中教与学,能促进英语课堂教学目地的实现。消极不良的课堂行为不仅阻碍英语课堂教学的顺利实施,而且影响正常的师生交往和学生自身素质的发展提高。学生在英语课堂上通常有以下不良的行为表现。

1不做笔记或不知道如何做笔记,只满足于听。

2不敢或不愿意讲英语,缺乏用英语交流的勇气和热情。

3回答教师提问时声音太小,或只会简单地用两个词回答。如yes,no

4眼看课本、黑板、教师,心却跑到窗外,思想上开小差。

5做与英语课堂无关的事情,如摆弄物品,看课外书,玩手机。

6讲废话,戏弄同学,吵架捣乱。

7上课睡觉。

作为英语课堂的组织者和引导者,经常会遇到个别学生的这些不良行为。我们对这些行为的当事者万不可大动肝火,讽刺挖苦,甚至停课公开训斥,这样会促使矛盾激化,挫伤他们学习的积极性。遇到这样不良的课堂行为,要采取灵活多样的对策加以制止。

1增加趣味性:在课堂上,如果教师讲课生动有趣,学生的注意力会很自然地集中到教师和课堂上,他们就会学得轻松愉快,乐意用英语交流。因此英语教师在课堂上采取恰当的方法增加课堂教学的趣味性和幽默性,可以有效制止学生在课堂上的不良行为。

2突然发问:当发现有的学生在课堂上不注意听讲,思想开小差时,可以突然问个问题。这个问题是刚讲过的,只要学生注意听,一定能回答出来。这可引起学生的注意,让他们停止不良行为,注意听讲。

3暂停讲课:在课堂上如发现有的学生讲话、捣乱,可立即停止讲课,并注视那位学生,这可引起全班学生的'注意,更可引起那位捣乱同学的重视。但停课时间不要过长,否则会影响全班同学的学习。也不可怒目相视,那样会引起捣乱者的反感,造成师生对立。

4调整座位:对课堂不良行为较多且经教师多次劝阻无效的学生,可调整座位。如把他和学习习惯好的学生调在相邻的位置,或调到前排教师比较容易控制的位置。同时可使他处在全班学生注意的中心。

5课后处理:有时有些学生在课堂上表现一直不好,教师多次采取相应措施无效,可暂时不管他,在这些行为不影响讲课的情况下,继续讲好自己的课,待课后再处理。但要注意及时了解情况,询问原因,以便对症下药,做好细致的思想工作和心理辅导。必要时可借助外力,如校领导、班主任、家长。 6个别谈话:在课堂上发现了学生的不良行为,无论教师采取了什么相应的对策,不管学生违反哪条纪律,课后,教师一定要找学生本人个别谈话,以达到相互了解,相互理解,相互信任。谈话中教师可向学生介绍好的学习方法,帮助学生分析课堂不良行为的危害性,并告诉学生如何自觉主动地纠正课堂不良行为,变被动学习为主动学习。也可和学生谈理想、谈认识、谈人生、谈时事、谈爱好,从而建立起健康和谐的师生关系,进而有利于课堂教学的顺利进行和学生素质的发展提高。

7最重要的应该是学生的学习目的要明确,学习者的性格特点决定着他的学习偏好。学习兴趣越浓,则学习效果越好。

兴趣是学生最好的老师,是学生学习的直接动力,那么怎样培养激发学生的学英语的兴趣呢?

1说的兴趣:学生刚开始学英语时感觉很新鲜,学习态度也比较积极端正,因此在课堂上能按教师的要求,同排的两位同学一个问,一个答或双方就一个特定主题进行对话,在英语的口语交际中,句子不一定完整,也不一定非要追究语法逻辑,只要能开口说、开口讲,哪怕是一个词或一个手势,只要对方能明白大意就行。

2成功的兴趣:在课堂上学了新的知识后,要求学生反复读写,反复操练、理解,然后让学生互相对话及替换练习或者表演,之后,不要忘记赞美。要让学生体会到成功感和成功之后的喜悦。这样,每位同学都能品尝到成功的喜悦之情,从而使学习英语的兴趣大增,热情和信心高涨。倘若回答错了,也不要责备、埋怨、训斥学生,要帮助其认识并纠正,尽量挖掘其可取之处。不要打击学生的积极性,伤害其自尊,要让良好的氛围长久持续下去。

3读的兴趣:读是学好英语必不可少的环节。要鼓励学生常听录音机模仿,注意语音语调,同时要放声地读。还可把自己的声音录下来,对比声音洪亮及流利的程度,通过自己或别人欣赏的过程,学生可享受到一种美感,增加学习的动力和信心。

作为一名英语教师,笔者认为还要注意适时感情投资,不断的变换角色,如以长辈、哥哥姐姐、朋友的身份去与他们交流、相处,学习上严格要求,生活上关心、爱护他们,了解他们的心声,让学生觉得学习上教师是他们的老师,生活中是他们的益友。相信只要做到这几点,学生对学英语一定会感兴趣,也一定会尽力去学好英语,从而改掉那些不良的课堂行为习惯。 ;
