结婚邀请函怎么写？

1、标题

一般来说请柬封面上都有“请帖”二字。但是如果没有可以在一开始加上标题，明确这次邀请的目的。其次，请柬上的文字一般追求美观，采用艺术字或者行书，字体色彩用金色，还可以增加一些符合主题的图案。

2、称呼

在请柬中顶格写被邀请人的姓名、单位、公司名称，切记称呼一定要规范，以表示对宾客的尊重。同时在称呼的后面一定要加上冒号哦!

3、正文

正文是请柬的核心，所以一定要记得写上活动的内容，比如：婚礼的时间、地点、酒店的交通路线等等。时间上阴历阳历都要写，以免大家忘记。

4、结尾、落款

在我们中国的礼节中，问候语是必不可少的。比如：敬请光临、等等。最后要写上自己的名字，以及发请柬的日期。

请柬一般由标题、称谓、正文、结语、祝颂语、署名落款六部分组成。

一、请柬的结构

1、标题

双柬帖封面印上或写明“请柬”二字，一般应做些艺术加工，即采用名家书法、字面烫金或加以图案装饰等。有些单柬帖，“请柬”二字写在顶端第一行，字体较正文稍大。

2、称谓

顶格写清被邀请单位名称或个人姓名，其后加冒号。个人姓名后要注明职务或职称，如“××先生”、“×× 女士”。

3、正文

另起行，前空两格，写明活动的内容、时间、地点及其他应知事项。

4、结语

一般以“敬请（恭请）光临”“请光临指导”等作结。

5、祝颂语

在当代的请柬中一般用“此致、敬礼”的祝颂语。

6、署名落款

写明邀请单位或个人姓名。下边写日期。

二、请柬的尺寸

在传统的请柬中主要分三种形式，正方型，长方型，长条型。

1、正方型：

尺寸范围在130mmX130mm至150mmX150mm 在国外，通常在卡内增加副卡，

（如：路线卡，回复卡，项目卡，等等）副卡，一般可以做到100mmX100mm左右。

2、长方型：

尺寸范围在170mmX115mm至190mmX128mm,大小要随比例改变，要符合黄金分割。如有副卡不宜太大。

3、长条型：

尺寸范围在210mmX110mm至250mmX110mm，大小要随比例改变。打开方式只适合横向和单边打开。

在正文后可根据不同的情况采用“敬请光临”、“恭请光临”、“请光临指导”等结语。在一些请柬上我们时常可以看到“请届时光临”的字样，“届时”是到时候的意思，表示出邀请者的诚意。但是有些请柬把“届”改成了“准”字，这样就成了命令式，体现了邀请者的高高在上，对被邀请者的不尊敬，在请柬中我们应该避免出现这样的结语。

在当代的请柬中一般用“此致、敬礼”的祝颂语作最后致意。在文面的右下角签署邀请人的姓名。如果是单位发出的请柬，要签署主要负责人的职务和姓名，以主邀请人的身份告知对方。发文日期最好用汉字大写，以示庄重正式。

有些舞会、音乐会、大型招待会的请柬还写有各种附启语，如“每柬一人”、“凭柬入场”、“请着正装”等，通常写于请柬正文的左下方处。
