外国人：1、本人的有效护照或者其他有效的国际旅行证件；

2、所在国公证机构或者有权机关出具的、经中华人民共和国驻该国使（领）馆认证或者该国驻华使（领）馆认证的本人无婚姻登记记录的证明，或者所在国驻华使（领）馆出具的本人无婚姻登记记录的证明，在华连续居留六个月以上的，可由该国驻华使、领馆出具婚姻状况证明，并可不经认证。

4、外文表述的无婚姻记录证明或认证书，需提供由正规翻译机构加盖翻译专用章的中文翻译件，当事人未提交翻译件的视为未提交该文件，民政局有权视为材料不齐全不予接受申请。

申请结婚登记的当事人，必须分别到指定的本市医疗保健机构进行婚前健康检查，并向市民政局提交婚前健康检查证明。市民政局自受理当事人的结婚登记申请之日起一个月内予以审查。对符合结婚条件的当事人，发出领取《结婚证》的通知。申请结婚登记的双方当事人应当自接到领证通知之日起三个月内亲自到市民政局领取《结婚证》，不得由一方或者委托他人代领。
