想学珠宝设计

我是从事珠宝首饰设计近7年了,在这里我想告诉你的是以下几点:

(1)什么是珠宝首饰设计师首先必须具有创意能力,对首饰工艺和市场有所了解,手绘是其表达的最普遍方式,专业三维软件或一些常用平面绘图软件为辅

(2)所谓的JewelCAD职位,其实是珠宝首饰中电脑起板的前奏,明确地说,在目前的珠宝首饰行业中,用JewelCAD绘图的职位都称之为绘图员,绘图员和设计师是不同的两种角色

(3)关于JewelCAD学徒,按目前来讲,这方面的人才了比较多,很少有企业招学徒企业考虑到教一个学徒花费的时间较长且没有工作效率,又担心教会学徒后他未必继续留下工作这是总体的,也有偶然的,既然有偶然的招聘,学徒工资也不过1000左右,还有一些特殊约束的合同,跟工资是有一定挂钩的

(4)如果你想入行,最好能找熟人介绍,然后跟熟人学习,这样最好,或者你可以去拜一些工作经验长的设计师为师,这样比你去珠宝学院学的东西现实多了

在深圳的话，一般是7200元左右，如果是高级首饰设计师（设计和动手能力很强）的话，1万元以上。从目前各家公司的招聘情况来看，珠宝设计师在全国的平均月薪在6000元/月左右，薪资范围在2000-12000元/月”，若做到独立珠宝设计师，则待遇比较高，最高没有上限。

如果是平民家庭出身，如果从事珠宝行业，做不了首饰设计与制作，只能从事销售或营销。

现在珠宝行最差翡翠雕刻师和金饰加工等技术人员，需要有良好的美术基础和动手能力，光有个GIC，FGA证根本不行。像这种证书满足不了企业要求。
