1坚持。我所说的坚持指的是锻炼的时间。作为初学者我认为出现明显质变锻炼效果的时间是3个月，所以你这最初的3个月的坚持很重要；其次，3个月中每周的锻炼次数要保持至少3次，以3次为例，最好是隔天休息，不要吧这3次连续起来。再者，每次锻炼的时间保持在90分钟左右为宜（这里的时间和强度有关，下面会提到）。
2器械动作。初学者由于求“肉”心切，所有的锻炼会比较盲目，尤其在动作的规范方面和把握上比较模糊，在此有几点建议：
A肌肉的刺激程度。每个动作都要寻求对肌肉的最好刺激，什么是最好，那就是肌肉的充血膨胀感，只有在这样的状态下，肌肉才能活得更好的生长。
B强度。我上面提到的90分钟的锻炼时间和锻炼强度有很大的关系，强度决定于每组器械锻炼间休息时间和负重值的大小及每组的数量。在你动作正确熟练的基础上，你可以测试一下，例如：组间休息时间30秒+75%负重+每组的数量8~12个（这里的负重指你的最大重量）。找到最适合自己的方案吧，目标是不受伤的最大强度。不同动作你可以试试组间不休息，效果好的不言而喻。
C受伤，一直围绕健美的问题。保证动作正确和器械重量不超出自己承受重量的最大值以降低受伤几率（如何养伤下面会提到）。
D保护。如果感到某个重量难以应付，就找个有经验的人替你保护（最好是教练），保护也是要有经验的。
3动作搭配及组数。建议你试试以下器械动作组合：
A卧推（平卧杠铃推胸），基础中的基础，很重的大肌肉群练习。建议：从空杆推起（杆20KG），以5KG的定量递增，精神集中感觉胸肌的收缩。
B引体向上。两臂间夹角>=90°建议：能做几个做几个。每次给自己订一个数量，例如：引体向上30个，你可以分N组做完，每组一个也可以，如果你上次以4组做完30个，这次3组做完30个，就说明背部肌肉有提高。如果觉得容易可以负重引体向上（挂杠铃片）。
（小贴士：引体向上对小臂肌肉要求很高，可用助力带协助完成。最好锻炼一下小臂群肌，对卧推的帮助也很大。可见过过李小龙的小臂？？）
C深蹲。和卧推一样重要的动作。建议：不要用史密斯机来做深蹲，重量变化同卧推。大重量时最好有人保护。如果你不想练习腿部，想想阿拉丁神灯里那位的身形吧。o(∩_∩)o
D腹部锻炼。以你的体重和身高，我判断你至少有6块腹肌，所以给你以下建议：斜凳仰卧起坐。斜凳与地面夹角在30°~45°之间（夹角大于45°会增加腰和腿的负担），每组25~30个，组间休息15秒！！！尽量做完3组吧。接着手握哑铃或肩扛杠铃杆进行腰部旋转动作，下盘腰稳，以30个为宜，全面刺激腹部肌肉。
4每周锻炼计划的设定。
A增加肌肉体积为目的。适宜在第二个月开始，所有动作高效的基础上，选择负重重量每组你做不到6个为宜，每个动作3组。
B勾勒肌肉线条为目的。适宜用哑铃锻炼，每组数量保持在12~15个为宜，每个动作5组。
C心肺功能锻炼。必不可少的锻炼，不要忽视，就骑自行车吧（实在的锻炼方法），每天40分钟~1小时，要中上速度哦。
5饮食。以现在市场物价，增长肌肉我建议你食用以下食物：
A鸡肉。比牛肉便宜，蛋白质含量很高，锻炼期间每天保证摄入400~500克
B西红柿。每天晚饭前半小时食用，生吃，提高肌肉的抗氧化性（减少肌肉的酸痛感）。
C香蕉。有条件的话每天2枝，锻炼前1小时可食用1枝。有缓解疲劳的作用。
D鸡蛋。煮鸡蛋即可，不提倡生吃。如果没有吃鸡肉，每天鸡蛋保证4~5个为宜。
E姜。自己做饭可放些姜，姜黄素对肌肉的生长好处大大滴o(∩_∩)o，咖喱也可以。
F坚果。腰果很杏仁每天保证50~80克即可。
6锻炼前后的饮食（重要）。
A锻炼前不要让自己有饥饿感，如果感到饥饿可提前半小时吃200克薯条（薯条可以快速消化吸收)或香蕉一支;若饭后锻炼，至少饭后1个半小时（饭后胃部消化，若锻炼会影响消化吸收和锻炼效果）。
B锻炼后，自己准备麦片用开水充开饮用。我本人认为这个环节是非常重要的。其作用是快速补充锻炼过程中消耗的水和能量，使机体有能量组织肌肉恢复及生长。
7受伤警报及伤后主动恢复。
A受伤警报。指锻炼过程中，身体关节和肌肉感觉不适的感觉。例如，压迫性疼痛，拉伸性疼痛等。有次感觉应马上停止。等待肌肉充血感消失时，活动关节或肌肉，判断是否受伤。
B伤后主动恢复。我提到的主动恢复是相对于被动恢复睡眠而言的一些恢复手段。云南白药内服外敷兼用，拔罐子效果也不错。在受伤的地方活动完全没有疼痛感时，在健身房找最小的重量进行负重锻炼，慢慢增加重量，若有不适立刻停止。
8其他
A器械锻炼装备还是要有的。背心、运动鞋、手套、护腕、毛巾，有条件的深蹲时带个腰带也是不错的。其中手套是最重要的，满手是老茧还是不雅。
B锻炼时，不要用手擦汗和接触面部，因为器械是公共的，会有很多细菌，结实的肌肉+一张痘痘脸，女人们是不会喜欢的。跑题了。。。这时毛巾就用上了，锻炼完后把手洗干净（不是洁癖）。
C如果器械没人用，你用前先询问下是否用人在使用；人多就大家合练，顺便交流下；如果别人正在镜子前练习，千万不要从他和镜子间穿过，会影响别人锻炼，自己也一样。啰嗦啰嗦，o(∩_∩)o
D锻炼时，摄入水的量应保持200~350ml，过多的饮水会使你不能完成锻炼计划。

1跑步机的方法跑步机开跑后狂按左CTRL就行了，Y是加一挡，N是减一挡，槽如果空了，CJ会从跑步机上掉下来
2举重和哑铃的作用一样，是练肌肉的，狂按空格+鼠标左键(一起按)，也可以空格+ 小键盘0
3自行车健身器使用方法和举重一样，作用是减肥(也可以+耐力)
4站到那个红圈里回答Y就可以学习打架技巧，先要把教练打败一次
学会打架技巧后就可以用新方法打人了，第一阶段是打人时对目标按右键，目标头上会有一个箭头，再打就会使出新招了，打倒后按右键再按回车也有新招(建议一直按着右键)
打人时按住滑鼠右键，然后不断按F就可以使出组合拳
喷漆的用法：改掉其他帮派的喷画(是搜集的一种，一共100个)，按住鼠标左键,要对准哦不然喷不到，还可以伤人，把人喷晕了再上去狂K
吃东西：在各种快餐店站到红圈里就可以买东西吃了，选好后按空格买下(同时就吃掉了)，别多按哦，可以+血，一般情况下不伤血用不着去吃的，不过还要注意下肥胖值(FAT)，不能太低了，保持原始的就可以了

本产品必须接地。如果没有配套的插座，可使用临时的适配转换器来连
接双孔插座。当电动跑步机出现故障或损坏，接地装置可提供一条最小
阻力的电流通道，以减少触电的危险。这款机器配有接地插头和接地的
导线。接地插头必须插入按照当地法规安装和接地的插座中。
1-2危险
不正确的接地连接会有触电的危险。如果您对此产品接地情况有疑问时

二 启动、电源
感谢您买史帝夫XT系列跑步机！请正确的使用和保养，这将更好的延长机
器的使用寿命。水准放置跑步机必须经过水准调整才能适合使用。在找到
合适的位置摆放机器时，后部的水准腿须调整到合适的位置保持到水准状
态。在水准腿的边上有一个调节轮可以调低或抬高水准腿的高度直到机器
被正确、水准的放置在地板上。
不要在机器运转时调整水准腿。请将开关调整到OFF位置。

3-1电源开关
电源开关靠近跑步机电源线的前面。开关有二个位置，ON和OFF。将机器插
头插入，按到ON 位置这时发出嘟嘟的声音，控制面板也显示了。
3-2断路器重启装置
此装置紧临於电源开关。如果电阻过大或者负载，这时断路器将断电以保护
机器。如果跑步机没有亮光，没有嘟嘟的声音，电路的断路器需要被重启，
请紧按住此键，此时你将会听到嘟嘟的声音，控制面板也重新启动了。
3-3注意
如果电源线过热可能电源插座存在问题。请将插头重新放在另外的插座中。
电源线位於跑步机的前端，请将插头置於合适规范的地线插座中。在使用时
注意将电源线固定以避免与机器的轮子接触，造成火灾或触电引起人身伤害。

二设定重量
资讯显示"SET WEIGHT 90"，机器默认是90公斤。
三设定程式
资讯显示"SET PRO P1-P10"机器默认是P1
用SPEED 上下键来选择程式(P1-P10),按ENTER键确认你的设定
四设定速度级别
资讯显示"SET LEVEL L1-L3"机器默认是L1
用SPEED 上下键来选择程式(L1-L3),按ENTER键确认你的设定
五设定时间
资讯显示"00：00 SET TIME"。用SPEED 上下键设定工作时间
按ENTER键确认你的设定
注意：如果设定错误，按坡度的向下键返回。
