lift 举起

exhale / inhale 吐气，呼气/吸气

关键就在于这个bench上，在牛津和朗文英汉字典上都查不到bench作为动词的用法，殊不知这里的bench就偏偏是用作动词，

bench在俚语里，意思就是benchpress(大概也可以理解成是benchpress

的缩略形式)，

然而问题又来了，bench

press,也是名词，意思是躺在健身房的长凳上举重，
