（2）加强饮食调理，多食豆制品、新鲜蔬菜和水果，每日热量维持在2000kcal左右，少食糖和脂肪食品，尤需限制动物脂肪与肥肉的嗫入量。如果食欲不振、厌油腻，用红枣、桂圆加红糖，烦汤服，也可用红枣、赤豆熬粥食用，连服10一14天。
（3）坚持服用维生素，如金维他，每天1～4次，每次1片；维生素B6，每天3次，每次20毫克；维生素E，每天3次，每次50～100毫克。
（4）适当服用谷维世、安定，以控制心慌、烦躁等症状。
（5）必要时短期服用己烯雌酚，每天1次，每次01～05毫克，可暂时改善症状，但不宜久用，以短期间断应用为好，如服药一周，停药一周，再服一周，再停服一周。
（6）中药治疗有较好的效果，常用六味地黄丸、甘麦汤等。
（7）用艾条灸足三里、三阴交、内关等穴位，每晚一次，每次选用一侧穴位中的1～2个穴位即可。
（8）读书疗法： 有人提倡让更年期综合行者多读书。如果你母亲文化水平也不错，可以让你母亲阅读内分泌学中与更年期综合征有关章节，另外多看些杂志、小说、名人轶事，多听音乐，多参加集体性文体活动等，目的是转移你母亲的注意力，潜移默化，逐步消除其症状
