　　在学校忙碌了一整天，回到家本想轻松一下。谁知，一打开房门妈妈又在翻我的东西，并抱怨起来：“看看你的成绩又下降了，怎么办？”我不满地说：“妈妈，成绩不代表一切。”妈妈严肃地说：“那可不行，我不能让你退步，你等等，我去拿些东西。”

　　一眨眼，妈妈捧来了一堆练习册走进来，郑重其事地说：“你听好了，星期一晚上做两本练习题，必须看一本书；星期二晚上……”我心里开始抱怨起来：为什么我的妈妈这么烦，什么都逼我做。我满脸不屑的说：“妈妈，我不想做！”话音刚落，妈妈脸色就变了：“不行。”我生气的说：“妈妈，我像只困在笼中的鸟，我渴望自由！”说完，我把妈妈推到门外，用力地把门关了。

　　关上门后，我心里一直不好受，强忍着泪水。觉得我这样做太过分了，她毕竟是我妈妈。可我现在该怎么办？

　　直到晚上，我经过妈妈房门，隐隐约约听到妈妈在嘀咕什么，我不禁停下脚步在偷听。原来妈妈在自责：“是不是我真的对女儿太严格了，她真的那么恨我？”这时我的心震了一下，原来妈妈这么在意我。妈妈又说：“女儿，难道你就不明白我的良苦用心？”那瞬间，我心如刀割：原来妈妈所做的一切都是为我好。我毫不犹豫冲进了房间紧紧把妈妈抱住了，妈妈也把我抱住了。在那一刹那，一束阳光射入我的心，融化了心灵的坚冰，是千言万语也比不上的！

　　这件事让我明白了：在矛盾冲突时，多站在别人的角度上想，才能消除彼此之间的摩擦。

篇三：记一次矛盾与冲突

人生在世，与人交流难免会发生一些矛盾与争执。而我也不例外，与他人发生的冲突至今记忆犹新。

　　俗话常说夫妻之间不打不相爱，难道学习之中就没发生过争吵吗？有，一定有。我在学习中，因意见不同而发生争吵；因嫉妒他人而不和；因惹人讨厌而斤斤计较。

　　记得我与老师开学以来的第一次争吵。在篮球技艺排练完之后，我刚回到教室，老师就在班里大发脾气，我不知干什么了，被老师劈头盖脸批评了一顿。老师对着全班同学说：“如果你们没有课代表拿作业，那就不用交作业了。”说完，还狠狠指向我对我说：“课代表，你干什么去了？”

　　我有站了起来，毕竟男儿爱面子，对老师说：“老师，语文课代表都已经不是我了，我没犯错啊。”

　　老师听了之后，不仅没息怒，反而更生气地说：“谁撤你的语文课代表啊！”

　　我还想顶嘴：“老师，是你、、、、、”还没说完便被打断了，老师又说：“你现在还不去给我去拿作业。”我听了特难受又委屈。课老师有正在火头上，不敢惹她。想着，想着，心里一大堆火气。又不敢当面与老师发生冲突，只好咽着一口气去拿作业。

　　在去办公室的路上，心里十分不服。想着当初她如何教我们做人要诚信，可今天她却没做到，在班上大骂了我一顿，心里十分生气。把本子一压，发出“咚”以发泄心中怒火，这件事就过了一段时间。

　　直到一节班会，老师亲自在全班面前向我赔礼道歉，她十分有诚心，不愧是一直错能改的好教师。当然我也因此原谅了她，我与老师之间的矛盾也就解开了。

　　冲突就是魔鬼，破坏人与人之间的感情。我们要学会包容，尊重，互相交流，沟通，这样“冲突”才会远离我们的生活。
