厦门航空2014年招聘空乘复试安排公告

各位应聘人员：

感谢您对厦门航空2014年度招乘工作的支持和配合！根据招乘工作安排，兹定于2014年6月22日-6月24日在厦门组织正式体检及公司复试，现将后续安排及有关事宜公告如下：

一、 报到时间、地点及安排

（一） 报到时间：

2014年6月22日（周日）上午8:00（空腹，前晚22时起不得进食及饮水）

（二） 报到地点：

厦门航空有限公司航卫中心门口

地址：厦门市思明区洪文八里133号106厦门新加坡医院旁边，厦门君泰酒店对面，坐公交至华林站往南走200米。

（三）报到人员：

厦门航空2014年度乘务招聘初试入围人员（2015年12月前毕业人员）。

（四）日程安排

报到后立即安排采集个人照片、办理填写体检表格、缴交体检费用、参加辅助体检等相关手续，因此需携带以下材料：

1 身份证原件、黑色中性水笔1支；

2 体检费：男生640元；女生520元。（请自备现金，不接受刷卡）

6月22日-24日将完成公司复试、上站体检、辅助检查、笔试、背景调查、英语口试等环节，具体时间安排详见现场通知。

二、 交通安排(仅限校园招乘入围人员)

(一) 应聘人员乘机地点为参加应聘的站点城市；

(二) 公司为来厦门参加复试的应聘人员提供往返免票（燃油附加费和机场建设费用自理，报到后在厦门统一收取）。具体乘机信息以短信形式告知本人。

三、 后续安排及注意事项

（一）体检注意事项：

1 女生视力不良（近视）即C字表低于05者，请提前至专业眼镜店验光后配两副相同度数的隐形眼镜，至少矫正到E字表50，并索取“验光单”及正式发票，正式体检时一并提交眼科体检医师审核。

2 男生在招乘体格初检中裸眼视力未达07（C字表），请根据初检时医生叮嘱速完成视力矫治，务必在正式体检前采取措施纠正视力，但切忌佩戴OK镜矫正视力。

3 行角膜激光手术（近视手术）者，务必至手术医院索取《手术记录》（非就诊病例及手术证明）复印件并加盖医院公章，正式体检时提交眼科体检医师审核。

4 有任何其他手术经历者请携带医院《病历》、《出院记录》或《手术记录》复印件（加盖医院公章），正式体检时提交专科体检医师审核。

5 体检当日应聘人员所着衣服应宽松、整洁，避免穿连体衣裙/裤，以便于身体检查。禁止戴框架眼镜参检，体检前不得戴OK镜，男生参检时不得佩戴隐形眼镜。

6 参检前一日请整理好个人卫生，参检时禁止涂抹香水、发胶、啫喱水、指（趾）甲油等，男生不留长发、胡须。参检前一日晚上应提早休息，保证充足睡眠，以良好的精神状态参加体检。抽血前须空腹，即抽血检查前晚22时起不得进食及饮水。

7 体检期间请服从工作人员安排，保持现场安静，不得大声喧哗，当医生或工作人员现场点名时，请响亮回应。

8 具体体检项目及时间安排以体检机构现场通知为准，请各位参检者务必与体检医生确认完成所有体检项目。

（二） 公司复试注意事项：

1 注意仪容仪表，淡妆，不佩戴首饰，统一着职业装；

2 男女生头发不遮盖耳朵，女生应盘头，露出额头；

3 应聘学生若有文艺方面特长，可自行准备进行现场展示。

（三） 笔试注意事项：

1 笔试包括英语测试及综合能力测试；

2 请携带好身份证原件、黑色签字笔、2B铅笔、橡皮等文具。

（四） 背景调查注意事项：

1 办理背景调查手续时需携带以下材料：户籍所属派出所开具的个人无犯罪证明、1寸彩照2张、个人简要履历（初、高中要注明毕业时的班级、证明人；大学要注明所读的学校、院系、专业、班级、证明人；了解各学校详细地址及邮编）。

2 提前了解户籍所属派出所、居（村）委会全称及详细地址、邮编。了解家庭详细地址、邮编。

3 提前了解父、母亲及亲属（兄弟姐妹、祖父、祖母、外祖父、外祖母）所在单位的全称及详细地址、邮编。

注：请大家尽量将上述材料备齐，如个别材料来不及准备，请来厦后咨询相关工作人员。

（五）复试期间住宿安排

复试期间应聘人员住宿自理，但为方便复试、体检，兹提供以下附近酒店仅供参考：

1 应聘者确认已完成所有考核后即可离厦，入围结果将于考核结束后及时通过短信或电话通知，厦航对考核结果不作解释。
