普林斯顿综合医院院长、内科部主任，专攻内分泌。虽然平时看上去像个老是跟豪斯医生针锋相对的主管，事实上卡蒂医生经常帮助豪斯医生完成他那些怪异的医学请求。卡蒂医生在故事中是第一个成为佛尔曼普金斯大学医学主任的女性医生。另外，她在剧中还是少数能够赶上豪斯医生说话速度的人物。卡蒂医生和豪斯医生虽然同一时期在密歇根大学就读，但观众不知道他们当时到底认不认识。在第二季后期剧情中透露卡蒂为了有个小孩，正在秘密接受受孕治疗，但后来则以收养婴儿方式让自己一圆母亲梦。而她与豪斯的互动关系，在历经前五季剧情的蕴酿后，在第六季中与豪斯曾雇用的私家侦探卢卡斯交往，使豪斯颇受冲击，但到季末剧情中，卡蒂终于对豪斯告白，与豪斯之间有了进一步明确男女感情的发展。但是在第七季中又以分手收场，在季末，豪斯撞毁了卡蒂的家。

HOUSE跟Cuddy貌似在某一天晚上干柴勾动烈火，但是没有细述，而且好像这是cuddy愿意雇佣并忍受他的原因之一，最大的原因当然是因为大叔的医术真的没的说。HOUSE跟CAMERON在第四季中最后一集从侧面说他们上过床，但HOUSE当时车祸受伤没有在场，CAMERON没有正面回答，只是CHASE猜测

那三只小鸭子并不是离开大叔，FOREMAN在第三季中是不想变成HOUSE那样的人所以辞职，其实三只小鸭子跟大叔只有三年的合约，在第一季中CHASE向董事长告密之后HOUSE曾说过要让告密的人在接下来的两年中无事可做，后来他们都自己负责一个部门，FOREMAN还在HOUSE的部门不过跟他平级
