一封优质的感谢信不需要太长，也不要过分宣泄自己的感激之情，简单诚挚就好。

1 问候

在多数情况下，“Hi [Name]”就够了。不过在稍微正式的语境下，比如写给你的领导、人事经理或者你的教授，用“Dear [Name]”会更合适。但如果是在非常正式的语境下，则应使用“Dear Ms/Mr [Last Name],”。

2 正文

首先说明收件人具体帮了你什么。虽然偶尔使用笼统的感谢也可以，但具体说明帮助的内容会显得更实诚。比较一下以下两种说法：

笼统感谢：Thanks for always being willing to lend a hand when I need you

具体感谢：Thanks for putting in extra time to make our presentation a success

然后列举一下帮助的相关细节，包括对方做了哪些你觉得特别有用的事，或者说哪方面的帮助是远超过普通人的。不要小看细节，这些细节的娓娓道来，将使收件人充分感受到你是多么重视他（她）的付出。

3 结尾

一般在信的末尾写上“Thanks again”，并附上你的签名就够了。

小贴士

如果你想快速将感谢信发给对方的话，使用电子邮件是个不错的选择。但如果是对于一些重要场合的帮助，比如律师事务所的面试，寄送一封亲笔手写的感谢信则会更佳。考虑一下你收到帮助的场景并做出合适的选择。

1,见字如面。

对方熟悉你的笔体，好像看到了你这个人在眼前。

2,言简意赅。

用电子媒体打字，不必认真考虑，写错了，重来。用手在信纸上写字，就不能胡写乱画了。必须考虑好了用词再写。这就要慎重，深思熟虑。

3,提高写字水平。

经过了3000多年的文字沿革，汉字已经定型了，每个人都有韵律美，包含着它的精气神。作为中国人，写不了一手漂亮的中国字，那就是忘祖！

4,家书抵万金。

用电媒书写，立马就能收到。然而却少了望眼欲穿那种焦急等待的心情。这对于，加深亲情有很大的好处。

（不足之处，我国的木材十分缺乏，人人都要写信的话，要浪费许多多的木材。很不利于环保。）

PS一般出现在新建的最结尾，在日期和署名下面

是用与注释和追加，信件具体格式如下

Dear XXX: (这里前面不空格，XXX是名字也可以换，这个是最常见的）

（空格）XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX （正文，直接写，自然段前面要空格）

Best wish （祝福语，可以换）

XXX（你的名字，前面可以加一些修饰词，必须在右下，和正文之间空几行）
