义大利的乱是出了名的。我身边经常有朋友抱怨在义大利被偷了什么什么东西，被骗了多少多少钱。最离谱的是有个朋友乘火车过去旅游，还没下车，相机已经被偷了。我的导游朋友们在结束任务后返程的路上，有的时候为了节省几十欧元的住宿费用，往往是在旅行车里面过夜。可是在义大利结束任务以后，大家都是连夜开车7、8百公里，进入奥地利境内才敢停车睡觉，因为抢劫事件时有耳闻。其实义大利北部的治安相对比较好，南部治安很差。威尼斯，弗洛伦萨还算好，米兰相对差点，从比萨到罗马一线治安最差。不过以上情况也不是绝对，我本人在威尼斯高速公路的加油站停车睡觉的时候就遇到过2次凌晨有几个不三不四的年轻人围着车鬼鬼祟祟的情况。这个时候唯一能做的就是让他们看到车里面有人，然后就是呆在车里面，死活不要下车。在罗马的露天停车场，地上随处可见一堆堆的碎玻璃，这都是小偷们所为。在义大利还有很多假警察，会藉著查证件、毒品或者假币的名义俟机盗窃、抢劫。。。。。。总之，去义大利旅游一定要牢记以下几点：(不完全的地方请大家补充，呵呵)

1． 乘坐公共交通或者在人多拥挤的地方，请把包背在前面。重要的物品、钱包、证件一定要看好，要拿出在国内闹市堤防头发卷卷的小朋友们的警惕性来，相信大家对此都很有经验。（一旦出了事，别指望义大利警察会帮你，这个我后面慢慢说）

2． 自驾游或者跟商务团的朋友们，请你们在刚刚到达一个城市以后，尽快地住进酒店，安顿好行李再游览。停车后，千万不要在车内放任何的衣物或者行李。防止小偷砸车玻璃。（以前发生过小偷因为一件外衣而砸破玻璃的事情，有些小偷还会因为偷不到东西扎破轮胎泄愤。）跟团的朋友们请注意：一旦发生被强被盗，旅行社是不会对你的损失进行赔偿的，最多是导游帮你报警，就是说如果被偷，只能自认倒霉了。所以千万不可大意。如果资金允许，请把车停在有人值守的停车场，当然这样会很贵，比如威尼斯码头，半天大概20多欧元，米兰可能就要30多欧元。

3． 广场有鸽子的地方，会有人突然跑过来把鸽子放在你手上，然后给你“拍照留念”。接着你就等著付钱吧。目前的行价最便宜的是2欧元，不给钱别想走。遇到这种情况，马上把鸽子甩掉，说 No,thanks!这种情况我在米兰和罗马都遇到过。
