一天中，我们跟孩子相处的时间有多少？这些时间里，我们除了帮孩子做饭、洗澡、陪玩、做功课、讲故事之外，有哪些时刻是最特别的？这是一次我送儿子上学时，在路上我问自已的问题。   还记得我小时候，有一阵子我们家开始了一个新活动，这个活动的名称叫「交心时间」，也就是每天晚上睡觉前，全家人挤在床上，

还记得我小时候，有一阵子我们家开始了一个新活动，这个活动的名称叫「交心时间」，也就是每天晚上睡觉前，全家人挤在床上，每个人轮流说出自已心里的话，内容可以是当天发生的事，也可以是对任何事情的看法或感受，无论是什么，就是把自己内心的话跟家人分享，唯一的规则，是聆听人只能听，不能评论，这样才能让讲话的那个人放心地分享，这美好的回忆一直停留在我的心中。

国中三年级我去了加拿大念书，两年内住在两个外国家庭里，这两个家庭都有个共同点，跟我们平常在电视或**中看到的一样，他们都很重视晚餐时间，因为那是一天中全家可以聚在一起谈话的时间。晚餐时间，没有电视、不接电话，唯一的吵杂声就只有家人之间一来一往的对话，妈妈会问大家一天过得如何，爸爸则分享上班遇到的事情，孩子们也说著在学校让他们开心或是遇到的问题。我对那些moments 的印象特别深刻，不仅是当时大家围坐在一起的画面，还有那一股暖暖的爱。

跟儿子Aidan在一起，我很重视品质这件事，因为平常要上班，下班后还要处理家务事，跟Aidan在一起的时间真的不多，所以每天都会安排跟儿子的独处时间，无论是说故事或是玩游戏，我提醒自己一定要坚持、不能中断，毕竟孩子一转眼就长大了，自我提醒，也就是常常问自己：「平时的忙碌、儿子的相处之间，哪一个是最重要的？」

Aidan 从小就喜欢看书，也很享受听我说故事，这一直是属于我们的特别时光。现在他长大了，有了自己的想法，也许是因为自己的成长过程，很在意「心灵沟通」的我，也希望能与儿子交心。我一直相信，若是从小就能达到良好的沟通，就算儿子长大、进入青少年时期，我们彼此也不会偏离太远。虽然每天都很忙，但是还好我很会利用时间，于是在每一次送儿子上学的早晨，或是放学时，我们会一边走路一边聊天，有时候我会先想好要跟他分享什么，有目的性地跟他讨论，就像一次我们一起聊著过世的外公，一起怀念我们曾经相处的美好时光。也有时候，我只是当个单纯的聆听者，听他说著自己有兴趣的话题。有一天放学回家的路上，我问儿子：「今天让你最快乐的是什么事？」他回答：「今天我把稀饭吃完，老师给我吃了牛奶饼干！」虽然只是一件小事，却又是那么单纯、天真，他向我分享了他的心情，这就是无价之宝。
