02 很多人不是老死的,不是病死的,是气死的。

但凡是人,总有情绪,也很难事事不生气。但一定不要让自己当情绪的俘虏,一定要做情绪的主人,去驾驭情绪,不要让情绪驾驭你。情绪是人们身心的指挥棒,至关重要。

家庭和睦,是一门学问
想要和睦的家庭,必须解决三个问题:
01 一个好的家庭,首先是夫妻要恩爱。夫妻之间互敬互爱,互相把彼此放在第一位,和睦温馨,既让父母安心,又为孩子榜样,这个家庭自然就和风温熙了。
02 其次是教育好子女。子女是家庭的未来,开枝散叶,传承家风,一切就看我们对孩子打小的教育成果。
03第三是要尊敬老人。老人是一个家庭的根,家里的成员不珍惜自己的根,对根不好,枝叶就不会茂盛。 处理好婆媳关系。两个女人围绕一个男人,可以是双倍的爱,也可能将男人压成了一块夹心饼干。
夫妻恩爱要做到八互原则:互敬、互爱、互信、互帮、互慰、互勉、互让、互谅。
人都有个性,都有毛病,要经常提醒自己:多换位思考,多站在对方的角度考虑问题。
所以对自己的爱人千万要记住:
长辈之间有矛盾,当然会影响孩子的成长,在我童年记忆当中,我的奶奶和我的妈妈乃至于我的姥姥关系都不是很好,在我的记忆当中,印象最深刻的有几件事。
一次是妈妈刚生了,弟弟在妈妈坐月子的时候,我放学回家吃饭,我妈妈对我说,你奶奶家今天有客人做了好吃的,咱们家炖了鸡,你看你在哪边吃饭,当时我懒得去奶奶家,于是就说在家吃,这个时候姥姥正好在我家,当看到我在家吃饭的时候,我的姥姥拍着大腿骂我,为什么不去奶奶家吃饭。
我从小是跟在我奶奶身边长大的,我的奶奶和我的妈妈虽然都是好人,但她们是两种不同的人,所以我的奶奶对我的妈妈总是有很多的不满,她也总是会在我面前说我妈妈的坏话,我当时年纪小,总是会把这些话听到心里,甚至经常会站在我奶奶这边挤兑我的妈妈,我奶奶看到我跟她比跟自己妈妈还亲,会觉得很高兴,我为了讨好我奶奶,也经常做傻事。而我妈妈比较温顺,她不会反驳我奶奶,只会骂我。如果我的妈妈和我的奶奶之间发生了矛盾,我一定是两头挨骂的那一个。
长辈之间有了矛盾,当然会影响孩子的成长,良好的家庭氛围家人之间温馨和睦的关系,会让孩子充满自信,充满安全感,而在长辈发生矛盾的时候,总是会让孩子反思自己到底是不是哪里做错了,长此以往,孩子就会变得特别不自信,影响到孩子的性格。孩子们最害怕的事情就是自己的爸爸妈妈,或者是自己的长辈,在自己面前吵架,尤其是因为自己的原因导致的,会让孩子有一种深深的自我怀疑,影响孩子健康成长。
