可以说，这部**很适合我们这些有着复杂思维能力和天真幻想习惯的草根阶层来看。严格来说，这部集童趣怪诞于一身的喜剧作品其实应该当归于黑色幽默的诲涩**一类。
一小时二十多分的剧情中，让我个人印象最深的就是如下二十七个场景：
场景一：
志愿：
1、我的志愿就是做一个工程师，每天做很多的工程。下班后，我到超级市场，买一瓶大可乐，一包卤水蛋，还有一包火腿，因为。。。减价啊。
2、我的志愿就是做一个消防队长，每天我会扑灭很多火，下班后，我和我的队员小明、小曹、芙蓉姐他们一起吃一个套餐。有虾、有鱼，还可以选择冬瓜盅，代替例汤。可是要加三十元。
3、我的志愿就是做一个校长，每天，收集了学生的学费后，今天吃麻辣火锅，明天吃酸菜鱼火锅，后天吃猪骨头火锅。陈老师直夸我，“麦兜，你终于找到了生命的真谛了”。。。
====所谓火锅，就是各种杂烩，一并通吃。此间映射的是生活状态，指的也是**里多次着重指出的上层的“社会栋梁”的生活状态。
提及志愿，那是很遥远的事情了。
什么是志愿，现在再去究其原因，复杂得很，仔细想去，感觉那是怀着满饱满的情感，而非单单的欣赏，更多的是选择中的无奈，那是纸醉金迷加柴米油盐的无奈。
很多时候，与其说是我们追逐梦想向前奔，不如说是梦想绑着我们向前走，更确切一些。
因此说，梦想，其实只是梦里面私下想想的、没有实在意义的意*。
场景二：
绑匪绑架了一座大厦的一个公司的数十名人质，然而，第一个要求就是想吃平常无奇的盒饭。
====盒饭是都市上班每天中饭习于为常的一个功课，不论你是否喜欢吃？快餐卫生是否干净？味道太咸还是太淡？油水是够过量？。。。你还得吃，并且天天吃。不为别的，只因为它的时间短，经济实惠，而且能填饱肚子，这很妥贴草根阶层的上班节奏与消费能力。
这是草根的生活必备功课，无论是你绑匪，还是警察，或是上班一族。
场景三
什么是社会栋梁和社会主人翁？
老师反反复复地告知小朋友，医生、律师、CEO才是社会栋梁。
当老师问道，“阿辉同学你将来想当什么栋梁？”，阿辉说：“[卡布其诺]吹泡员。”老师汗颜了，然而她还是违心地说：“VERY GOOD”
然而，麦兜想做的却是OL（办公室女白领），因为可以不用穿裤子；可当知男生不可能当得上OL后，他才改为救生员，因为他有一条泳裤。
===社会栋梁也是有着明显等级差别之分的。为何老师着重提及医生、律师、CEO这些工作。原因很简单，因为这些个职业让人看起得显得事业很风光、成功。这也正是我们日常生活中所谓的成功人士。
现实社会中，何谓事业成功？本质上无非就是多金。只有多金，才会风光，才会招来人们的认同，多人认同才会公认为栋梁。这就是说栋梁的认可是需要多人在场，并认可的。所以，想成为栋梁必须有多金，否则，可以试想，如果无金，哪怕你是身居闹市也无人问津。都无人问津了，谁还会去认知你，公认你？想都别想。
如果哪天某位首长亲口对平庸无为的你说，“你是社会的栋梁，你的职务光荣无比，努力干活吧，加班加点吧，这才是栋梁所为，这才是光荣的义务。。。等你义务之后，建议快点去看心理医生，看你是否准备得了精神压迫症。

2 《春田花花同学会》观后感（超细腻）
农民工应该也算是社会栋梁吧，可他们的身份依然受BS，除了虚伪的电视台，还有几人真正打心眼里认为这个职业是成功的？君不见，送小孩子上学的家长动不动就教训自己的小孩子：“再不好好学习，以后就像那些农民工一样扛大包，做劳力。。。”听得人胆战心惊啊~~
然而，作为社会不可缺少的组成部分，他们的确是社会栋梁，但他们却是最底层的社会栋梁，们永远只能支撑着中层的栋梁，而中层的栋梁又必须得支撑起上层的栋梁。于是，金字塔式的层次等级就出来的。
什么众生平等，都是放屁，为什么农村的小孩子上不起学，而城市的小孩子营养过份？社会结构的的分工不允许也不可能出现真正的平等。三六九等的区分为何能深远流传至今？那是经过几千年洗礼的，精髓啊~~难怪古人要笨于现代人吧？这个逻辑显然行不通。
场景四：
兴奋毕业的大学生，如潮水般涌入大街小巷。有人选择用嘴给鸡脚去骨的工作，可与此人同台竞岗的同事竟是不少七老八十的老太太。有人选择了快餐店的剁鸡员，可因专业不太相符而必须现场通过手机来求助同学。虽然竞聘面功，可她喜欢的却是早已有人的端饭工作。
====这翻场景的描述就如背景音乐中的大号，有些戏谑，却不乏自嘲、无奈。曾几何时，我们都认为有整个世界可以有很多美好的职业可以选择，但最后，我们努力从事的也不过是一份可差强人意、供温饱的工作。
现实就是如此残酷，然而，时间长了，我们也就习惯了。
场景五：
麦兜问：做OL要阉的吗？
阿MYA：当然了。
麦兜问：阉了还能结婚吗？
阿MAY：不能了，你很想结婚？
麦兜：结婚喜酒有鱼翅吃。
阿MAY：想吃鱼翅就做医生、律师、老板。。。他们天天吃鱼翅”
麦兜：天天吃鱼翅会不会很伤胃？
阿MAY：怕伤胃就弄条龙虾、鲍鱼吃火锅喽。。。
麦兜：吃火锅？正点。。那做医生律师用不用阉啊？
阿MAY：医生律师是负责阉别人的。
====是啊，医生、律师专门“阉”别人，而他们阉的是什么人？只能是比他们层次还低级的下层社会栋梁。这句话真绝~~~
场景六：
两千多位学生涌入一家酒家吃火锅，然而却还要一一等位。
====现实当中，可供选择的职业有很多，可就业的职位就那么多，僧多粥少。别无办法，除了等，还是只能等。而等到何时，谁也无法预料。现实就是如此不通人情，谁叫你不是出身于社会上层栋梁家庭的子弟
场景七：
一个服务生端着三只新鲜的大鱼头，四处推销。其间还得面带笑容，告诫自己要投入、投入。然而，还是得四处碰钉子。未了，只能勉强落于一桌喝得晕头转向的社会栋梁的餐桌上。
====大学生一旦步入社会，就如此贱价的货物，每天除了提前脑袋、面挤笑容地推销自己，别无出路。。这种形势，与其说是求职，不如说是贱价卖身要恰当一些。然而，我们除了可怜的大脑与一丁点销微有腩的技能外，就一文不值。不是自扁得一文不值，而是让招聘者打压得一文不值。
场景八
酒桌上，一帮社会的中上层栋梁--律师在大厅广众之下坦胸露乳、不成体统、晕头晕脑、语无伦次地寻欢做乐。竟连叫单地不知所云，然而，正是写单员也不知所云的复核，却赢得了他们一致欢心。
====无论社会栋梁们多么的语焉不详、语无伦次，总会有人拍马奉承。报纸上，杂志中总不缺乏奉承之人对他们像模像样，并加以美化的“复述”。媒体中，他们总是被刻画得完美无瑕，这就是中上层社会栋梁的优势所在，有谁见过杂志上、报纸中把农民工的言语当成圣令、名言而大肆宣扬复核的？没有吧？因为你不是成功的社会栋梁。此时，你也可以如此理解，栋梁就是有洞的梁。
场景九：
一个身挂数个金光闪闪牌子的成功大厨邀来两个美女陪吃，想要表达美食真谛，却因肚子无料，只能反复重新着生涩而低级的一句：沾点酱油，别的地方吃不到的。。。两位美女为了吃食，也只能表面夸张地反复大叫着：好有口感啊？

3 《春田花花同学会》观后感（超细腻）
====社会栋梁不乏华而不实的草包，因为多金，总能光风人前。难怪古人常言，有钱能使鬼推磨，更何况胸口那张“吓唬”人的金光闪闪牌子？看看我们周边，这种现象十分常见。很难想像，那些个连二十六个英文字母都读不完整的人，如果混得来了一张正宗硕士文凭。除了钱，还是钱。我们不得不服这个理。
更有讽刺意味的是，这两个近身于草包大厨、形似二奶状的美女，只需要反复大声叫嚷、应承就可得到草包大厨的好感。看来，但凡有些姿色，并能厚颜无耻地大声的女生都可成和社会栋梁一同吃食的座上客。这与学历无关，与才华无关，与背景无关，只与脸皮有关。有钱的就是大爷，没钱的就是孙子，我们再次重新温习一下这个理儿。
场景十：
草包大厨因撑得太多，而导致阻塞食道倒地。倒地之时，陪吃的美女却无却于衷。写单员应承过后，冷漠叫了声“埋单”。这那第一下，立刻就解决了二千多位食客的位置问题。
====无论你曾有多风光，当你倒下之时，以往那些个应承之士可以理所当然地无动于衷，管你死活。古人云：“我贵而人奉之，奉此峨冠大带也”就是这个道理了。具有讽刺意味的是，正是那个倒下之人竟独占了二千多个座，终于知道那个占住茅坑不拉屎之人是多少该死。然而，这种现象比比皆是。
场景十一
草包大厨在送倒医院的过程中，一边昏迷，一边呕吐出撑进肚子的食物，连绵不断，花样繁多。然而，主治医生和医士们却在慢条斯理地讨论解决救治办法的同时，还不忘记了饶有兴趣地讨论地草包大厨撑下去的东西如何吃更美味。
====医生除了阉人之外，他们也照样渴望像草包大厨那般撑下社会中所有美味的资源，只是，他们不会卤莽地一味硬撑，而是斯文一点、先想好制作的法子再下嘴，就如他们私下收取病人红包一样，比起无脑的草包大厨还具技术性和杀伤力。
社会这个大火锅不是人人都有能耐撑得下去的，吃得越多了，吐得就越多。难怪总有人在整天嘀咕：见好就收。
因此，麦兜最终还是选择做OL，虽然OL要被阉。但主动接受阉割与被动接受阉割有着质的区别。社会就是如此，想融入社会，就要做好被阉的思想准备。要么被人阉，要么自己阉。
场景十二
麦兜对OL的快乐认识：“不用被裤腰带绑着，也不用和人家争，到了中午就去了吃个便当，叉烧饭好啊，加个咸蛋，简简单单，又节约；晚上再去吃个饭，逛逛街买个包包。刚刚好把所有东西全都放进去。。。提着包包晃啊晃啊，自由自在一天。”
=====草根阶层的快乐就是简简单单，古人云：“知足者，藜羹旨于膏粱，布袍暖于狐貂，编民不让王公。”
值得一提的是，里面那首插歌的写实很有意思，这也正是我们每天的工作写照。“滴滴哒哒在我心中，甩着包包公车里去上工，荡而荡又到放工，甩着包包整个人去如风。我在甩啊甩啊感觉不坏，左边甩完右边甩，嗨，你在下班了甩甩甩，甩得我的裙边儿好像吹着风。迷迷蒙蒙到五点钟，一个个小包甩到我大包中，哗啦哗啦电梯沟通，一到五点钟心情放轻松。我在甩啊甩啊感觉不坏，左边甩完右边甩。啊呀大公司现在大特卖。包包塞得满满地甩得更痛快。。。”
场景十三
一个职员用电脑高热的CPU煮出美味的鸡蛋。
===想法很有创意。众所周知，电脑的CPU只要高速运转的时候才会产生奇高的热量，然而，只是电脑的其他部分处于高速工作的状态CPU才能高速度运转。其实，这个电脑就如我们日常工作时高速运转的脑袋，每天必须身疲力竭地拼命工作，才能混得上一口温饱的粗茶淡饭。
场景十四
公司里，财务部头夹住营销部头的脑袋，往死里拼斗，你来我往，从不停息，直到对手宣布退出。
====其实，这种场景我们在单位里经常看到，领导间的明争暗斗，十分平常。只不过导演将这翻情形以行为化的形式夸张表现出来罢了。即便如此，这个搞笑场景还让人看得触目惊心。然而，导演加了这么一句话暗示，让他们老实的办法其实十分简单，就是对帐。唉~~难怪现在流传着这么一句大实话，“谁比谁干净”？

场景十五
OL阿MY与男同学约会于“民歌餐厅”。餐厅的音乐不仅以民歌为主，而菜单也让民歌歌手的名字为名。每当歌手演唱完或是客人点完餐，服务员均不忘职业化地叫着口号：“谢谢支持民歌”
====用菜式来调侃已故的歌手，实在有些让人暗然。但更让人神伤的是，那些源自于真情实感的民歌文化的没落。如今。我们耳边响起的、源自真心的歌曲越来越少了，取而代之的是全是虚情造作、悲苦边天的苦情曲。然而，造就这个消费市场的功臣正是那些个急功近利的商家，当然，还有浮燥懵懂、空虚无脑的我们。
场景十六
公司主管在会场上口水连编，语无伦次，天马行空，不知所云。然而，此领导竟还洋洋得意，不可一世。
====这个情形很极现实意味啊，我终于搞清楚为何我们开会的时候，嗑睡虫总会如此茁壮？原来是滔滔的口水在滋润啊。
场景十七
一个吹号子的艺术工作者，神色匆匆地赶着买外卖，赶着彩排。
彩排现场，此人神情自若地利用乐器分演奏转换的间隙，津津有味地吃着盒饭。
====工作时间长了，在社会上混久了，人也不免得变得圆滑起来，在工作中玩小聪明的情形比比皆是。然而，这一切都是为了自己的盒饭吃得更有滋有味些罢了。从这个层面而言，这都是可以理解的。
场景十八
咏思直持烧烤系专业毕业的高材生而沦于切鸡的岗位之事连连抱怨老板不给她盛饭岗位的机会，心情郁闷。老板把她带入烧烤室，语重深长地道出了他年轻时的工作想法。
====刚刚步入社会，每天人都有一个标准的预期值，但是，可以实现的人却十分少。但是，哪怕实现了，每天反复重复着同样繁琐而乏味的工作，也是会疲了心智，销磨心性，当初的热火朝天的干劲也就这么一去不复还。这个社会上，工作只是为了混饭吃的工具，时间长了，也就没有了热爱不热爱之说了。反正饭总得要吃，工作还得这么做着，混呗。
在此场景中，导演通过咏思的天真心智来点醒老板，工作低迷的时候，应该回到兴趣的起点，通过转换从众的固定思维，重新焕发工作激情。可说着轻松，但凡是热情总有保质期，无所谓新与旧。
场景十九
阿MAY与男同事买数码琴。营业员和蔼低态、口若悬河、以身推销，十分敬业。末了，还很合时宜地根据顾客的生活情况给予一些温馨且幽默的好建议，很人性化。
====“看得合适有折扣，看不合适也有折扣，折到你满意为主”，混口饭吃还真的十分不容易。看了此翻场景，我终于清楚了--“没有不好的商品，只有不好的推销员”。也更深层次地认识到“尽责”与“尽职”是有着本质区别的。
场景二十
麦兜：有一次我跟妈妈去吃肯得基，鸡一端上来，我没带手套就拿鸡，妈妈马上教训我，你这臭小子，不洗水就拿鸡？吃着吃着，全身发痒，然后就用这只手抓抓这，抓抓那，抓完之后又去抓鸡。吃着吃着一会儿又尿急。抓完鸡，又去抓“真谛”，抓“真谛”又去抓鸡。结果，第二天就哭着对妈妈说，我的“真谛”好痛啊，还有好多红点点。妈妈说，当然了，你这个臭小子抓完鸡不洗手就去抓“真谛”，给你擦药膏你又掉眼泪。
我就大哭大叫，好痛啊，我的“真谛”好疼啊，这会儿，谁可怜你的“真谛”啊。。。”
阿MAY：我觉得你指的不是真谛。
麦兜：啊？我只有一个真谛啊。。。
====每个人只有一种生活方式，但酸甜苦辣只有自己才清楚，然而，痛了，哭了，真正去可怜自己的还是自己。。。
场景二十一
电台的“型男索女”节目请来了健康营养学专家和知名中医，着重议论城市人拉“羊屎豆”的状况。
营养学专家指出，拉“羊屎豆”之人均是吃胡乱吃餐单之人，且也没有什么根治的办法，如果不是什么什么的，就由得它什么什么的，也没什么太大不了的。。。
====都市人亚健康的状况十分普遍，正如导演所映射的一样，没有完全根治的办法，因为这些疾病都因都市快节奏、高强度的工作生活所导致的了。除非完全颠覆这种社会现状，否则没有实际性的改观。但这可能吗？不可能，所以说 “如果不是什么什么的，就由得它什么什么的，也没什么太大不了的。。。”，没有人的身体是完全健康的，包括那位营养学家。

一个神情恍惚、自称脑袋进水的公司营销部主管误闯进电台的访谈录播间。聪明的电台主持人，立刻将讨论“羊屎豆”话题改为“脑袋进水”的话题。
电台主持人：你的脑袋是怎么样进水的？
营销部主管：脑袋。。。整天恍恍惚惚
电台主持人：是不是像我们平时所说的呆头呆脑？
营销部主管：应该不是啊。我想事情、做事情应该没问题。是记忆问题。。。五分钟前发生的事情，一下子就忘得一干二净。
电台主持人：那你还记不记不你刚才是从哪里来的？
营销部主管：不记得了。
电台主持人：那么利害啊。。。。那你还记不记得走哪条路可以回家了？
营销部主管：对啊。。。。不记得了。
电台主持人：教授。。。他的问题好像很严重。
营养学专家：你是不是经常被人用大腿两侧的肌肉用力夹住头部？
营销部主管笑了笑：不知道会不会啊

=====脑袋进水的状态比比皆是，区别的只是有些人是被领导用大腿两侧的肌肉用力夹住头部，而有的是被同事用大腿两侧的肌肉用力夹住头部。因此，我们的脑子也造就了同一个从众的思维----唯领导命令是从。脑袋进水有一个好处，那就是能保住饭碗、混得上一口饭吃。
每天，我们上班的状态就如麻木不仁的木偶，已没不存在意愿不愿意。早起、穿衣、挤公车、吃快餐、下班回家已由自我的有意识状态演化成本我的无意识状态。实在心酸、可悲。可如此有一个好处，那就是保住饭碗、混得上一口饭吃。
工作如奴隶一般应承，房子如佃户一般供养，这些现实草根们无法改变，但值得庆幸的是，老婆还是自己的，选一万次还是自己的。。。。。。场景中，没有生离死别的镜头，也不需要痛哭流泣的煽情，正是这段极具人性的简朴言语，让人为之动了容。
草根的爱情很简单，也很容易满足。
感动之时，背景音乐再度响起，已成为OL的陈慧琳看着从身边经过的、满街游走的、刚刚毕业求职的大学生们，神情凝重。正如那首歌曲唱到的。“逛街累了，进店吃碗牛肉面，店家笑吟吟地推一碗过来，他说记得我是旧同学。走不多远双脚叫累，进店来个香熏足浴，那个技师诡异地盯着我，那说记得我是旧时同学。那年春花开开遍田园，我们曾经一起块上学。”

世事变幻催人老、物是人非事事休。
场景二十三
海港有一位船长。他自我介绍道：“我是一位船长，我行驶的，可能是全世界最短的一条航程，我的船从香港仔避风塘一边到海鲜画舫，再从海鲜画舫到避风塘的另一边，就这样，来来回回，接送两边上下的游客，全程不过5分钟。当然，上这条船的人，未必都是到海鲜画舫的游客，更多的是住在这附近一带坐顺风船的居民，有买菜的，有上学的，有运货的，有游泳的，严格来说，这条船只负责运送旅客，但是这个世界有谁不是游客呢？这个道理，我幼儿园就听过，现在更加深深明白。所以，对所有上船的人，我都不会拒绝，并将他们送到目的地。。。
====是啊，这个世界有谁不是游客呢？然而，让人抛开功利，以无私而客观的心态去对待身边的各色人等，很难，真的很难。虽然大家都知道，心里也知道，从小就知道，可还是很难，很难。。。这也许就是成年人的弱点与悲哀吧。。。
场景二十四
无私的船长的船没有原由地沉没了，船长和乘客们一同漂流到一个荒岛上，在手机泡坏的情况下，只好听天由命地等待他人的救助。可是连等一个星期，竟没有任何人的救助。在众人饥饿如狼想吃掉生人肉的状况下，无私的船长挺身而出，忍痛让人割下他屁股的肉给大家吃。
正当大家准备要吃下烧好的肉时，救生船却到来了，众人只顾飞奔离去。。。
=====是啊，风平浪静、椰林树影、水清沙细、风和日丽的环境中这艘无私的船怎么说沉就沉了，可有人想到它沉，它就这么轻易地沉下去了。此外，城市里怎么会有荒岛呢？可它偏偏存在。否则，为何落难的之人失助那么些天，竟没有人去发现，是啊，去费心发现？意料之中，情意之中啊~~
其实，船长也是怕痛的，也没有料想到切屁股是如此疼痛难忍的，但是其无私的使命感还是催使其割股助人。但现实就是如此无情，当乘客们无意得救时，却全然不念及船长大无畏的牺牲。在良心都能称斤卖的世道，忍痛牺牲的无私只不是一包打了包的烧肉，一文不值。最后除了一句“好人”的安慰式赞扬外，别无其他。
关于这点，我们不应该怪罪世态炎凉，因为船长只是不起眼的草根，不是伟人，也不是名人。。。
当船长拎着自己那块无私奉献而烤熟的股肉走到大街上时，原来伟岸的身影突然落漠暗然，很是悲凉。
