《教父》开篇的婚礼，真的只是一场盛大的婚礼吗？

不知道你是怎么想的，反正我在看《教父》**的前十几次时，完全把这个婚礼忽略了。

可能我认为婚礼实在有些庞大嘈杂，单是大大小小、男男女女的群演就数不胜数。还有意大利风情的婚礼装饰、服装、配乐和意大利各色自制食品和自酿红酒，也都透着浓郁的乡村土味儿。并且许多一闪而过的镜头，让人很难集中精力去思考和联想。

其实最重要的一点是，这种浓重的欢乐气氛与《教父》**的基调完全不符。

如果你也和我一样，之前对这场婚礼没什么感觉，之后一定很多镜头没看懂。因为《教父》的每一部分都是无与伦比的精彩，都是切合主题的，都是不可分割的一部分。

如果这场婚礼你没看懂，后面的**你就算眼睛瞪的再大，看得再清楚，也会有似懂非懂的地方。

所以希望你能用心从头再看一遍这个27分钟的婚礼，我保证你会再次发出似曾相识的惊叹，再次第N次感慨《教父》这个**史上伟大的作品。

点名册还是演员表？

表面上是类似点名册的人物介绍，其实是为了凸显人物个性的合理安排。

细心的观众一定会发现，婚礼上出现的所有人，都在婚礼之后的每个事件中再次、反复出现了。

老教父令人尊敬并且气场强大，在女儿婚礼上还要忙着见名单上的客人，解决他们的烦恼，并且他最喜欢的儿子是麦克，拍照时说没有麦克我不拍照。汤姆是得力干将，一直不离教父左右，重要事情都由他来安排，所以他日后成为山尼的军师，尽管后期又被麦克排斥。

山尼鲁莽暴躁且花心，打记者、骂警察，与妹妹的伴娘鬼混。麦克带着女友姗姗来迟，向女友介绍自家的一切，并撇清关系。弗雷多不被重视，老教父在接待重要贵宾和与别人会面时都不带他。康妮是老教父唯一的女儿，收了几万块的礼金，康妮的丈夫卡洛无奈又尴尬地陪笑接待着到访的朋友。

保镖保利贪婪地望着康妮收钱的钱袋，幻想着如果这是自己的婚礼有多好，说明他贪财又很爱耍小聪明。克里曼沙表面是个没心没肺大口喝酒、高兴跳舞的胖子，却是个杀人不眨眼的冷酷的人。泰西欧老谋深算，沉稳又焦虑地把玩着手里的一颗橙子，最后他逃脱不了被杀的命运，因为橙子一直是《教父》**里的一个杀人暗号。教父夫人和蔼可亲，愉快地和宾客打成一片。路卡恐怖的面容和他对教父的敬畏融为一体，为了见教父一面，他居然在门口反复练习自己的台词。

教父的好教子强尼从加州飞来，表面参加婚礼，实际上是遇到了麻烦需要教父帮助。包纳萨拉开始不太敬畏教父，到最后对教父无比的服从和尊敬。蛋糕师安索和他的准岳父一边为婚礼送上最好的蛋糕，一边来找教父解决麻烦。巴西铌参加婚礼时，发现被偷拍，立刻让手下上前去抢照相机，销毁交卷，说明他和柯里昂家族的面和心不和。

当这场婚礼结束后，汤姆当天夜里坐飞机从纽约直飞好莱坞，给观众的感觉就是， 导演在说：刚才的演员介绍完毕，现在好戏马上开始了。

然后，索拉索出现了，教父因为保利叛变在街边被枪击，不被重用的弗雷多在教父中枪时毫无用处，克里曼沙杀了叛徒保利，康妮被卡洛家暴，山尼因为鲁莽遭遇陷害被杀，蛋糕师安索在医院和麦克一起掩护了教父，为了表达谢意包纳萨拉把山尼的尸体整容的很好，强尼得到了好莱坞新**的角色，索拉索被麦克杀了，麦克被迫接管家族，巴西铌是背后主使，泰西欧叛变被杀……

我在最开始没仔细看《教父》婚礼这场戏时，并没注意到一闪而过的保利，在后面弗雷多说保利病了，他不介意自己开车时，我怀疑过保利是叛徒，但根本回忆不出保利是谁。

之后又仔细看了前面的婚礼才知道，保利正因为是个贪财的小人物，需要钱并且渴望权势，才会被外人引诱、利用成为叛徒。

其实不止保利，每一个在《教父》**开场婚礼中一笔带过的人物，都非常精准地表露了自己的性格和优、缺点。

在这场婚礼之后，有人实现了并一直捍卫着自己的承诺，有人被抓住把柄成为日后被反击时的绝对因素，有人违背了内心的原则成为了另一种人。

一些大公司大场面下的年会、新品发布会等场景，越是喜庆的大场合背后，越容易让人放松并无意间因为细节露出本性。

每个职场人要学会在这种重大场合谨言慎行，不要让自己的性格、弱点等轻易地被人捕捉到。因为在你大快朵颐、嬉笑怒骂、尽兴玩耍的同时，可能会有许多双眼睛注视着你的表现。

土味儿十足的意大利婚礼意义何在？

看过《教父》的人一定都知道，拍摄这个**的导演和作家都是意大利移民的后代，他们是想借**把意大利文化传遍全世界。

在《教父》这场意大利风味十足的婚礼中，到场参加的所有宾客都是意大利人，他们都是彼此的好朋友，就连新娘、新郎的男女傧相等人都是最友好的朋友才能参与。

意大利风格的婚礼一定意义上透露他们意大利同乡之间淳朴、坚固的友谊之情，更凸显了意大利移民文化在美国的发展、滋生、渗透和野心勃勃地蔓延。

婚礼又怎样，还是要工作！

女儿康妮结婚这天，教父、汤姆、山尼一众家族的首领、骨干们一点也没闲着，除了工作还是工作。

影片一开始，就是山尼、汤姆、教父在汤姆的办公室里，听殡仪馆老板包纳萨拉絮絮叨叨诉说自己的苦衷。汤姆安排能在婚礼这天见教父的人，都是名单上安排好的，除了教子强尼是忽然出现，还有路卡不在见面名单上，却是被邀请来参加婚礼的人，也强烈要求与教父见了面。

这一切说明，教父对于女儿婚礼上自己工作的安排也都非常周密和有规划，不仅没名单的人不见，还有无关紧要的人自己也不会亲自接见。

一方面说明他是家里的核心人物，是婚礼的秤砣，有他在婚礼压阵，一定不会捅出什么幺蛾子，并且有教父这位重量级的人物在场，也会吸引同样重量级的人物出席，这是个汇聚多方高手、明争暗斗的现场。

另一方面也向人证明，领导层永远是承担责任的，永远是最敬业的，不仅女儿的婚礼要工作，要解决问题，还要忙里偷闲地去和来宾见面，还要和女儿、妻子在舞会上跳舞。

据我多年观察，公司高层领导无论是在婚礼还是在年会还是公司的拓展训练上，永远都是带着任务参加的，要致词、要操心、要见人、要解决问题，都不是玩的。 假如你是高层领导，检视一下自己是否做到了。假如你还不是高层领导，看看自己有没有这方面的潜质。

教父见人时，汤姆、山尼两个人都在旁边陪着，代表教父信任他们，他们知道教父的一切，对教父绝对的忠诚和尊敬，也非常需要从教父身上得到学习。

汤姆在婚礼上对他的妻子说：我要去工作了。他妻子发出很不愉快的表情，这是婚礼，为什么还要工作？

汤姆说：没有一个西西里人会在自己女儿婚礼这天拒绝别人的请求。

就因为这一点，很多想求教父办事的人都选择这天来见教父，并且能安排见面的，就说明一定会不惜一切代价帮助他们，如果是不想见面的人，例如索拉索，就说明教父不会答应。这点在之后的事件中也得到了证实。

这里面有意思的地方是，汤姆自己并不是西西里人，虽然他是替教父说出了这句话，但充分表明他内心对柯里昂家族的绝对忠诚和渴望成为一名西西里人。

现实生活中也一样，要找人办事，一定要会挑日子才行，拜访了很久也不成交的客户，也许你出现在他家族的婚礼上或者公司的庆典上，再谈这件事，或者只谈些不谈相关的事，也能了解了这位客户的一些其他事情，说不定就能出现转机。

盛宴难再

对比《教父》开场的盛大、热闹的婚礼，再看之后呈强烈对比的一桩桩血案。婚礼上当初那些熠熠生辉的人们，例如教父、山尼、路卡、泰西欧、保利、巴西铌、卡洛等等，在《教父》**第一部结束时都已不存在了。

《教父》第二部**开场的庆典，是柯里昂家族从纽约搬到了内达华州，乐队当天演奏的音乐也改成了美式音乐，不再是意大利曼陀林演奏的曲子。

《教父》第三部开场时已经是二十多年后，很多人都不在了，但强尼、安索、康妮还有麦克曾经在西西里的保镖卡罗都还在，说明他们足够忠诚和善良，依然陪伴在年老的麦克左右。

对比《教父》开场康妮、卡罗的婚礼，真的是这次相聚之后下次再没机会的聚会。
