Ⅰ 就业优势

一 我认为英语专业的学生就业方向还是非常明确的而且选择也多。要是你不打算考研，可以在高三的时候报考教师资格证或者是导游证，未来当一名英语教师，工作也稳定，特别是女孩子，成为教师也有编制，相当于铁饭碗，很适合希望生活安定的人，未来工作退休，还有退休金往乡下一扎，种种花，生活不知道有多诗情画意。要是喜欢冒险的，生活多姿多彩，想要遇上不同的人，可以在未来当一名导游。虽然现在因为疫情影响，导游行业有点不太景气，但事情总有两面性，等疫情过后，我相信导游行业必将迎了星光大道。而且英语专业考完六级后，有天然优势，可以报考国际导游，在现代多元化的世界，中国的日益强盛，我相信来中国的外国人会越来越多。

二 如果你是想要考研，也可以报考翻译专业，无论是英译中就是中译英，出路都很好，可以当文章翻译人员或者是翻译家帮助中国人和外国人交流的架桥。这两样工作都很好，风吹不着，雨淋不着的。见的世面也多，到时候眼镜一戴，活脱脱咱就是都市丽人，独立女性。

一 课程优势跟其他专业相比，其实英语专业的课程真的算少了，但也因为这个也有人诟病说英语专业太水了，其实这要看大家怎么利用课外时间了，如果你下了课就去玩了，课程知识都没记住那当然是白上了，而有的人就会利用课外时间好好复习预习，甚至还有很多时间额外的巩固提升自己，比如我们英语专业学生是有蛮多的时间去准备考证的，考证的通过率也会更高。

二 知识面优势我们英语专业生虽是不能精通研究英语语言，但我们毕业后应该是能基本和外国人交流了。英语是国际语言，相当于别人来说，我们有更多的可能在世界范围内，我们的选择不止在国内，我们可以放眼全世界，去国内外工作，国内外生活，我们英语专业生甚至可以帮助祖国进行对外国的文化输出，好好提升自己，在国外为中国营造一个大国形象三 专业优势大家都知道英语是主科之一，从近几年的高考改革模式中我们就能看出，不管是“3+3模式”还是“3+1+2模式”，英语依然都是以主科目的身份出现，这也就意味是英语在我们寒窗苦读12年的学习过程中还是非常重要的。虽然现在很多外国人也在中国教学英语，但我们相对他们来说更有优势一点，我们不仅会中文，我们更了解中国的教育教学体系。

明明能靠颜值，非得靠才华

教授：他是近十年来我教过最优秀的清北生

去年底，清华大学举办特等奖学金（本科生）答辩会，15位候选人“神仙打架”，最终选出前10名单。物理系小哥陈逸贤，就是其中之一。当时的陈逸贤就迅速吸引了网友的关注。

颜值很能“打”。不过，陈逸贤却偏偏要靠才华。

初入数理大类的陈逸贤同学广泛地涉猎不同方向课题，通过SRT中分析费米望远镜探测数据，对天文方向产生了兴趣。

大一下开始，明确了方向的他，成绩迅速进步。在基础课程之外，陈逸贤还选修了天文系研究生课程，完成了30分钟的全英文报告，给授课的白雪宁教授留下深刻印象。在进一步确定了行星科学领域的研究方向后，他努力投身科研，师从的林潮教授夸赞他为近十年来自己教过的最优秀的清北学生。

此外，陈逸贤同学还积极参与海外研修，拓宽自己的研究方向，领略到了诸如今年新晋诺贝尔物理学奖的加州大学银心研究组负责人AndreaGhez教授的学术风采。

目前，在天体物理这一研究方向上，陈逸贤同学已经以第一作者身份发表了3篇论文：

《原行星盘中尘埃扩散对超级地球大气生长的抑制作用》，发表在天文领域四大刊之一的TheAstrophysicalJournal（ApJ）上。

《Lindblad共振点移动对巨行星在原行星盘内迁移的影响》，ApJ。

潮汐引力作用对巨行星吸积的限制，系外行星南加州2020年会议（ExSoCal2020）。

物理很强，英语也很强

国内外演讲比赛屡屡拿奖

虽然读的是物理系，但陈逸贤还有着一项为人称道的本领——极强的英语演讲能力。

在国内各类英语演讲比赛中，陈逸贤同学便经常以优异的成绩见诸报道。即便是和国外选手的比拼中，他也不遑多让：在伦敦举办的50多国冠军同台演讲比赛中，曾收获全球六强的荣誉。

作为一个非外国语学校毕业的学生，英语这么溜，怎么做到的？

原来，陈逸贤的父母都是杭师大英语老师。培养娃学英语，陈爸陈妈不像一般英语老师，要求海量背单词，而是着重于培养孩子的“多看书”的兴趣。一开始看英文绘本，长一点看英文书籍。

“我五年级就开始看哈利·波特原版英文书，一开始让妈妈给我串讲，读一章解释一章，这让我对书里的内容很期待，于是开始自主阅读。”

陈逸贤说，读英文书不是为了功利地记单词，而是看内容，里面个别单词不认识没关系，不影响阅读整篇文章。选书时，可以根据自己的喜好，比如他自己比较喜欢看侦探、科幻类小说。“只有你喜欢看这些书，看的下去，才会对英文产生好感。”

陈逸贤还有个爱好是看剧。小学初中时空余时间多，他就追英国科幻电视剧《DoctorWho（神秘博士）》。因为太喜欢了，他还加入了网络贴吧字幕组，免费给网友们翻译字幕。

翻译一集需要一周，几年下来他一共翻译几十集，小陈还一度成为贴吧里的“大神”级人物。而看剧和翻译，也培养了陈逸贤的听力，积累了大量词汇。有时夜深人静时，陈逸贤还会在床上模仿《DoctorWho》中的人物对话。此外，陈逸贤还利用课余时间，还写了十多万字的英文科幻小说，他的一个梦想就是做《DoctorWho》编剧。

今年，陈逸贤已经从清华毕业了。也就是毕业前几天，他参与了清华宣传片的拍摄。陈逸贤爸爸说，接下来，儿子将前往普林斯顿大学，硕博连读，专业是天体物理。
