「碰面、见面」的英文，用 Meet 还是 See？用法与中文意思一次搞懂！

meet／see 碰面的中文意思差异。

◆meet 与初次相见的人「碰面」、决定好日期时间或场所然后「碰面」、正式与人「碰面」

◆see 与非初次相见的人「碰面」、为了与对方商量事情，决定好日期时间或场所然后「碰面」

meet可运用于各式各样的不同状况，像是与某人初次碰面时、偶然碰面时、决定好日期时间的碰面在正式场合的碰面等。

如果是派对等场合，想与某人认识的话，或许可以自行制造机会、展开对话。

例： I don’t think we have met before （我想我们以前没有见过面）

与初次见面的人打招呼时：

例： Nice to meet you（很高兴认识你）

如果是路上偶然邂逅：

例： We met on the street by chance （我们在路上偶然邂逅。）

如果是决定好日期时间或场所后碰面：

例： I’ll meet you at the airport （我会去机场接你。）

英文 meet ，有三种常见的用法：meet/ meet with/ meet up with。参考下面文章。

另一方面，如果是第二次之后的碰面，用的是see。

例： Nice to see you again （很开心又见到你。）

暌违已久重逢时，或许可以这么说。

例： Long time no see （真是好久不见了呢。） 附带一提，这句「Long time no see」的表现，据说是过去英国与中国做生意时，英国人将中国人「好久不见」的招呼语，直接翻译创造出来的英文。

道别时的招呼语会是这样的。

例： See you （later）（拜拜。） See you on Monday（周一见。）

也有“See you again”这样的说法，这是缩短“I hope to see you again”的表现。由于隐含「如果能再见就好了」的语感，并未表现出「真的想见面」的情绪。

前文提过，决定好日期时间后再见面时是用meet，但是如果对象是医生、律师、老师等，碰面后要与对方商量事情的情况，就不是用meet而是see，这点请注意。

此外，see的进行式会变成「与～交往」的意思。

例： How long have you been seeing him？ （你与他交往多久了？）
