鬼步舞的基本动作

硬派风格舞蹈（HSD：Hard Style Dance） 注重腿和脚的动作 非常注重腿部和脚步动作，舞蹈具有非常快速的节奏，随着音乐节拍快速踢、踩、跳、跺，以及快速旋转等； 舞蹈其中一动作是快速横向脚后跟上的脚扭前后脚，点缀的动作是身体旋转、手舞和踢、其他动作等。比如手足舞蹈加360度连续旋转；

Running Man 一只脚重踏前方地面紧接着向后连跳两下，然后另一只脚重复此动作，给人一种在跑步的幻觉(类似于MJ的月球漫步但实际是不同的)，同时伴随手部动作身体动作(比如旋转、转身等)。

Shuffle 一只脚扭动同时伴随着另一只脚快速的横向运动，舞蹈伴随着手部动作，身体动作(比如旋转、转身、腿脚踢踏等）

Kicks 类似Shuffle，抬脚的角度高点，有点横向踹的感觉

踢踏舞（英文：tap dance）是现代舞蹈风格的一种。形成于18世纪20年代的美国。当时爱尔兰移民和非洲奴隶把各自的民间舞蹈带到美国，逐渐融合形成了新的舞蹈形式。这种舞蹈的形式比较开放自由，没有很多的形式化限制。舞者不注重身体的舞姿，而是着重趾尖与脚跟的打击节奏的复杂技巧。踢踏舞根据不同舞曲的节奏来跳快慢的程度，主要靠踢踏鞋发出‘踢踢踏踏’的声音。影视剧《爱在春天》部分集数也略有介绍。
