它可以蒸着吃,也可以当菜炒着吃。
蒸的时候,最好用沙木蒸笼,蒸一个多小时后,开盖就是香味。
我们那里,一到夏天,大街上都是卖菱角的,“卖菱角啦,沙木蒸笼蒸的菱角”的叫卖声,离很远都听得见。
