斯科特人（拉丁语：Scotii，英语the Scots）是一支爱尔兰的凯尔特人部落，他们于3-5世纪的被认为是小冰期期间开始入侵罗马不列颠北部的奥尔巴尼（Albany）或者叫小不列颠尼亚（Britannia Inferior）和喀勒多尼亚（Caledonia，罗马对现代苏格兰地区的称呼），他们是现代苏格兰低地阿盖尔高地或部分西北高地和英格兰诺森布里亚地区的苏格兰人（或称为盖尔人）的始祖。
