柔韧在竞技健美操中的重要性分析

 摘要: 竞技健美操是在音乐伴奏下,通过难度动作的完美完成,展示运动员连续表演复杂和高强度动作的一种体育运动。成套动作必须通过所有动作、音乐和表现的完美融合体现创造性。其中柔韧性练习在竞技健美操成套动作中起着至关重要的作用,因此针对在竞技健美操训练中柔韧性练习的重要性进行分析研究。

 1引言

 竞技健美操作为一个新兴的体育竞赛项目发展至今已有20年的历史,它源于大众健美操,其后伴随国际组织的建立,制定相应的竞赛规则,举办各种规模的国际赛事,使之迅速超越大众健美操范畴,不断向人体极限挑战,逐步发展成为以竞赛为目的的竞技运动。

 近几年来我国竞技健美操发展速度很快,从2002年的立陶宛第七届世界健美操锦标赛团体第七名、三人操第七名,到2004年的保加利亚第八届世界健美操锦标赛六人操第三名,再到今年的中国南京第九届世界健美操锦标赛的“男子单人操冠军”、“六人操冠军”、“三人操亚军”、“女子单人操亚军”、“团体亚军”。我国竞技健美操在短短5年之中的进步是飞跃性的。我们在今年的南京世锦赛中看到了各个国家的运动员包括男运动员的柔韧类难度都很高,完成也很标准、很完美。从这点上看,柔韧性难度在竞技健美操的成套动作中占据的位置也越来越重要。

 2柔韧性的概念与分类

 21柔韧性的概念

 柔韧性是指人体的各个关节在不同方向上的运动能力以及肌肉、韧带等软组织的伸展能力,通过各关节运动活动的幅度,也就是按一定的运动轴产生转动的活动范围而表现出来的。柔韧性在运动活动中具有很重要的意义,在不同的运动项目中对其都有不同的要求。

 22柔韧性的分类

 柔韧性分为“一般柔韧性”和“专门柔韧性”两种。一般性柔韧是指运动员在进行训练时,为保证训练的顺利进行以及运动员不出现伤害事故时所必需的柔韧性力量。例如:健美操运动员在进行准备活动中的(基本步伐、基本手臂)的训练时所用到的脚腕关节、膝关节、髋关节、肩关节、肘关节、手腕关节等部位的训练所需要的柔韧性。专门性柔韧是指在专项运动训练中所必需的特殊柔韧性。例如:体操运动员在进行平衡木“交换腿跳”练习时所需要的髋关节大幅度活动的柔韧性;后手翻转体180度动作练习时的腰、肩、腿各关节的特殊柔韧性;竞技健美操运动员在成套中出现的12个难度动作包括(支撑与水平、俯卧撑、跳与跃、柔韧与变化)四类难度、过度与连接、操化动作所需要的特殊柔韧性等。专门性柔韧的练习是建立在一般性柔韧练习的基础上的,只有在一般性柔韧训练达到一定的基础时才能进行专门性柔韧的训练。

 3柔韧性练习在竞技健美操成套动作中的重要性

 竞技健美操的一整套成套动作时间在1分40秒―1分50秒之间,有加减5秒的宽容度,32―34个八拍,每拍一个甚至两个动作,而这些动作中包括:操化、难度、过渡与连接、托举和动力性配合。操化又包括:“基本步伐”以及它们的步伐变形,组合成为的完整八拍;“手臂”又称基本手臂。难度包括:A组动力性力量:俯卧撑、提臀起与分切类;B组静力性力量:支撑类;C组跳与跃类;D组柔韧与变化类。过渡与连接有操化与难度之间的连接、难度与难度之间的连接、托举与操化之间的连接等等,种类诸多。这其中处处都要求运动员必须达到有一定技术含量的柔韧性力量才能完成一套完整的竞技健美操成套动作。

 2007年南京世界健美锦标赛上,我国选手与他国选手相比,在柔韧类难度完成质量上相对较差,主要是柔韧度欠缺很多,这就影响了整套动作的完成质量。通过此现象,体现出我国健美操发展的具体要求,这就是要在整套完成的基础上,加强柔韧性练习的方法及针对性。

 柔韧素质在竞技健美操中起着非常重要的作用,良好的柔韧素质能够增加动作的幅度,使动作更加舒展,姿态造型更加优美并更具有艺术表现力,是高质量完成动作的基本保证。同时良好的柔韧素质还能有效的预防运动损伤和延长运动寿命。因而,在竞技健美操的训练中柔韧素质一直是一项重要的训练内容。目前,在我国的竞技健美操的柔韧素质训练主要采用静力性伸展和摆动伸展(冲击性伸展)这种方法,而采用本体促通技术(PNF)来进行柔韧性训练却并不普遍。

 31柔韧性在难度动作中的重要性

 难度动作是竞技健美操评分的一个主要环节,我们可以把它比为“人的骨骼”。难度动作的选择必须体现出空中、站立和地面三个动作空间的均衡性。国际规则将难度分为四个难度组:

 第一组:动力性力量,包括俯卧撑、倒地、旋腿与分切;

 第二组:静力性力量,包括支撑与水平;

 第三组:跳与跃;

 第四组:柔韧与变化。

 (1)A组的难度要求运动员在手腕、肩关节、腰以及身体各部分协调性的柔韧素质是分不开的。例如文森俯卧撑,最低要求双腿开度170度,需要极高的双腿柔韧性。

 (2)B组难度要求运动员在髋关节、腿、手腕等小关节的柔韧性有极高的技术水平。例如分腿支撑转体,需要腿胯部的柔韧。

 (3)C组难度的各个跳步动作对柔韧性要求都很高,例如交换腿跳,双腿开度也要达到180度,剪式变身跳、屈体分腿跳等动作都需要运动员在髋关节的柔韧性上面达到很高的水平,科萨克跳、团身跳、塔马诺、给纳等动作对运动员腰、膝、脚腕等关节的柔韧性要求都很高。

 (4)D组的难度对运动员柔韧性的要求最高,在各个难度完成上对运动员身体的柔韧性要求达到身体各关节的极限,才能完成该难度。例如搬腿平衡转体,需要正面扳腿至少达到180度,脚尖站立转体360度。

 32柔韧性在操化动作中的重要性

 竞技健美操的成套动作中占据主要地位的操化动作看似不需要柔韧性,但其实操化动作对柔韧性的要求也很高

 (1)在操化中,基本步伐变化多样、组合众多,这些步伐以及组合对脚腕、膝关节、髋关节以及掌握身体面向的腰部柔韧性要求都极高,只有在这些关节的柔韧性力量达到很高的技术水平时才能很好的完成基本步伐以及组合的动作。

 (2)手臂动作对上肢的柔韧性也有很高的要求,在手臂动作中,变化多、节奏快,对各个小关节的柔韧性要求极高,只有在柔韧性有了很高的技术水平后才能很好的完成操化中基本步伐、手臂的连接组合动作。

 (3)操化动作是竞技健美操成套动作的重要组成部分,成套动作的近50%由操化动作组成,操化动作确定了健美操的风格意识。操化动作由手臂动作和步伐组成,通过方向、路线、节奏、速度、幅度以及高低起伏的变化来达到操化动作的多样性和复杂性。

 33柔韧性在过渡与连接中的重要性

 竞技健美操成套动作通过过渡与连接动作,灵活、流畅地展示空中、站立、地面动作的相互转换。过渡与连接须体现成套动作的整体连续性。过渡与连接动作要多样化,在训练中要引起足够的重视,注意进行身体重心转换时控制能力的训练。

 在过渡与连接动作中有操化与难度之间的连接、操化与托举之间的连接、难度与难度之间的连接、难度之前、之后的过渡等,在完成时对整体柔韧性的要求很高,在连接、过渡之间的身体协调性难度很高,所以运动员只有在柔韧技术较高、较完整时才能达到完美完成。

 34柔韧在托举中的重要性

 国际规则规定在集体项目成套中至少出现两次运动员之间的动力性身体配合动作,它们通过身体接触来完成的

 在托举中,有很多的类型变化,这其中有很多是要求被托举的运动员做出一些难度较高、身体协调性较灵敏的动作,还有很多是跳与跃难度中的一些跳步动作,这就要求被托举的运动员身体柔韧性要很好、控制能力要很强。完美的托举是由托举队员和被托举队员进行想应的配合来进行高难度的动作是一项比较全面的能力展示。如托举队员的力量、柔韧性等,被托举队员的柔韧性、表现力等方面展示。所以柔韧性对成套动作中托举的完美完成起着重要的作用。

  4柔韧性练习在竞技健美操训练中常用练习方法

 在竞技健美操训练中柔韧性的训练占据很重要的地位,一般选择在一天的训练课中分别是课前(专项准备活动之

 后)和课后(力量素质训练之后)。在课前一般采用动力拉伸法和被动性柔韧练习,也就是借助外力(教练员)来进行练习,而课后则采用静力拉伸法和主动性柔韧练习。在课前专项准备活动之后,可进行柔韧力量练习。经过小运动量活动,身体发热,各个关节基本活动透彻,此时可以进入柔韧拉伸的环节。这个柔韧拉伸的环节,在竞技健美操训练中,是必不可少非常重要的。此环节的柔韧拉伸包括纵叉,横叉,膝关节柔韧,踝关节柔韧等各个关节柔韧。此时可利用凳子椅子海绵包等辅助拉伸,加大柔韧拉伸幅度,使拉伸程度更深,达到更好的效果。课后柔韧性练习主要针对身体肌肉组织、关节放松为目的,可采用静力拉伸进行放松。具体以相关的动作加以辅助来进行练习,达到相应的效果。不同强度的练习可有选择性。主动性柔韧练习是加强柔韧性力量的有效途径。通过相应动作和动作数量来进行练习。例如:高踢腿,连续躯体分腿跳等。

 5结论与建议

 综上所述,柔韧性训练是整个训练体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分,教练员和运动员必须充分认识到它的重要作用,而不能把它看成是一种辅助性的训练,只有切实抓好柔韧性训练,才能取得理想的比赛成绩和保证训练的系统进行。柔韧性在竞技健美操运动中有着至关重要的地位,成套动作在难度、操化、托举、过渡与连接中处处都离不开柔韧性,所以,在进行竞技健美操训练时柔韧性的训练是必须放在至关重要的地位的。只有在柔韧性练习达到一定的技术水平后,成套的动作完成才会真正漂亮、完美的完成。而我国想要在竞技健美操的国际比赛中取得很高的成绩,一定要加强平时训练中的柔韧性力量训练。只有打好柔韧性力量这个良好的基础,才能有整体水平的提高。
