老师放的健美操音乐很动感~但是不知道是那首哦？

健美操的编排原则有先定音乐，后编动作，编排动作的全面性：

一、先定音乐，后编动作音乐是健身健美操的灵魂，它直接影响健身健美操的风格、结构、速度、节奏。音乐选配得好不仅容易激发创编者的创作灵感，还能激发学生的锻炼热情。

二、编排动作的全面性全面发展身体是健身健美操的锻炼宗旨。为了达到这个目的，在创编健身健美操时，一方面考虑健美操的动作设计讲究对称。

健美操运动的基础和实质是有氧练习或有氧运动。有氧运动是在氧供应充足的情况下，以人体有氧系统提供能量的一种运动形式，其运动特征是持续一定时间的、中低强度的全身性活动，主要影响练习者的心肺功能，是耐力素质的基础。

事实上，从提高健康水平的角度来说，只有有氧运动才能良好地影响人体，才能达到锻炼身体的目的。

因此，有氧练习是健美操运动的最本质的特征，也是影响人体的最积极的方面。在健美操概念的描述中“融体操、舞蹈、音乐为一体，以健、力、美为特征”只是健美操运动的表现形式和外在特征。

体操专家的看法。韵律体操的创始人、瑞典著名的体操专家Meekman主张韵律操动作的创造是：应将人体的运动规律融贯进动作中去。

健美操运动代表人物的看法。美国著名的健美操发起人之一简-方达认为：健美操是改善形体和心理感觉的体操。

我国的一些学者认为：健美操是一项融体操、舞蹈、音乐为一体，经过再创造，按照全面协调发展身体的要求，组编成操，在音乐伴奏下，达到增进健康、培养正确体态、塑造美的形体、陶冶美的情操的一种锻炼手段。

有的健美操专家认为：健美操是人体自身为对象，以健美为目标，以身体练习为内容、以艺术创造为手段，融体操、舞蹈、音乐为一体的一项新兴体育项目。概念的共性是都没有提及健美操属于有氧运动。
