It was the first day of our summer holiday All of us were very happy Why Because we have one months to do things we love to do We are freeAlthough we have some homework But we can finish them in several days And the rest time we can make good use of My god! We have been very tired after hard studying In winter holidays, I want to have full sleepand eat good food in order to replenish myself Last but not the least, I will have a good rest

蹼泳运动是在潜水和竞技游泳运动的基础上发展而成的项目，运动员比赛中需穿著蹼(蛙鞋)。
室内五人足球
室内五人足球是一项取材自传统足球的团体体育运动，这项室内运动需要运动员行动迅速，并且具备高超的控球技巧。上衣、短裤、短袜、护胫和鞋，是五人足球运动员的五大必备用品。
入篮藤球
入篮藤球运动起源自泰国，是国际藤球总会认可的一项运动，参与运动的队伍各由五名球员和一名后备球员组成。
在比赛进行期间，它不像篮球或足球比赛那样需要球员相互碰撞竞争，队员集中注意力设法把球踢入藤篮。
室内田径
田径运动是世界上其中一项最受欢迎之运动项目，通常在室外举行，亦可于室内举行。由于室内田径赛场大小与室外场地不同，室内田径跑道圈长为200米。但由于在室内举行，所以可观性亦相对提高。
室内单车
室内单车包括两个风格完全不同的项目，分别是花式单车和单车球。
花式单车简单来说就是在单车上表演体操；而单车球就是踩着单车去进行类似室内曲棍球或足球等赛事。由于这项运动是在室内进行，因此它不会受天气影响。室内单车赛要求运动员时刻高度专注、保持平衡和有勇气。
室内曲棍球
室内曲棍球是由室外曲棍球转变而成。由于室内曲棍球的比赛场地较为狭窄，因而要求运动员有非常好的控球技术。比赛时，只可用推球的方法传球而不可挥击或挑球。
除了射门之外，曲棍球只能在地面上运行。运动员需以高超的技巧来推球、传球和运球。室内曲棍球是国际曲棍球总会认可的体育运动。
卡巴迪
卡巴迪起源于南亚，在东南亚也非常流行，是印度、巴基斯坦和孟加拉等地青年男子的民间体育运动项目。卡巴迪在平坦的场地上进行，不需要任何辅助器械，比赛分成两队，每队由7人出场，比赛时间男子上下半场各为20分钟。
比赛中运动员需要长时间的憋气进行追逐， 场地中以中线为界分为两半，每个半场中设一条“拦截线”。
比赛时，各队站在己方半场，进攻的一名队员需冲过中线进入对方场地，连续不断大声呼喊“卡巴迪”，并在经过拦截线后用身体任何部位触及防守者。被触者将出场，进攻方得一分。但同时，如进攻者在追逐时喊不出声或在未过拦截线时已被防守者捉住，则同样被罚出场，进攻方失一分。如进攻者未触及任何防守者，自己亦未犯规离场或被捉住，则可跑回己方场地，作打和论，换另一方进攻。
比赛由双方轮流派出一位进攻者进行，得分高的一方获胜。这项运动需要敏捷性、很好的肺活量、肌肉协调性和快速反射能力。
泰拳
泰拳在泰国经已盛行数百年，被泰国人民称为泰国武术。泰拳容许对搏双方利用肘、膝、脚或拳等身体任何一个部位进行攻守。这种让运动员肉搏的赛规，使泰拳有别于其它同类型的格斗运动。另外，由于泰拳运动员只穿短裤进行比赛，因此也特别受男运动员欢迎。
短池游泳(25米)
游泳比赛主要分为标准池和 25米短池泳赛两类，都可以在室内举行。
25米短池泳赛可根据不同的泳式把比赛分为各个小项。虽然25米短池泳赛有它专用的设施，但标准泳池也可用作25米短池泳赛。
自由搏撃 (示范项目)
自由搏击源自美国七十年代被称为全接触空手道(Full Contact Karate)的运动， 75至76年间，透过德国成立的世界全流派空手道机构(World All-Styles Karate Organization)传入欧洲。
1978年，柏林举行了该项运动的首次世界锦标赛。其后，为了避免和传统的空手道运动混淆，该机构于1980年正式把比赛项目易名为自由搏击(Kickboxing，合踢击和拳击之意)，并因应体育项目的名称改变，把体育机构的名称正式改为世界自由搏击机构总会(简称WAKO)。自2006年，世界自由搏击机构总会已成为国际单项体育体育联会总会的认可属会，同时也是现时世界反兴奋剂机构的一员，而透过世界自由搏击机构主办的自由搏击项目，泛称为WAKO自由搏击。
时至今日WAKO自由搏击属下有七种竞技格斗的比赛形式，包括半接触搏击、全接触搏击、低位踢腿、K1规则、配乐套路(Musical Forms)和自由搏击健美操(Aero-Kickboxing)。
世界自由搏击机构总会透过与该会的亚洲分会协调的亚洲自由搏击联会合作，于亚洲开展自由WAKO自由搏击的活动。
而亚洲自由搏击联会早于1996年12月19日在吉尔吉斯首都比什凯克成立。现今，世界各地有数百万计的支持者正参与自由搏击的练习，相信这个项目未来仍将以稳健的步伐继续发展。
而世界自由搏击机构总会及亚洲自由搏击联会在澳门2007年第二届亚洲室内运动会只设半接触搏击、全接触搏击和低位踢腿三个比赛项目。
克柔术 (示范项目)
克柔术是始于3500年前乌兹别克斯坦的传统式摔跤运动， “Kurash” 在乌兹别克文里译作擒拿或摔跤，在中亚地区特别是乌兹别克斯坦广受欢迎和重视。
比赛时选手(一位穿上绿色道袍而另一位则穿上蓝色道袍)必须让对方倒地，如对方以背着地便立刻宣布胜出，若以技术把对方击至侧身倒地则可得分，如对方只是腹部、臀部或轻微跌倒分数会相对减少，而其中一方的膝盖着地或跌出赛区外，评判有权宣布暂停并示意选手回到赛区内的准备线上从新作赛。
选手不能拉扯对方的裤但可以自由握紧。克柔术非常讲求平衡力和快速的步法，因此运动员在练习克柔术的同时，也可能参与柔道和俄罗斯桑博武术等类似的运动。
