为什么黑人穿衣服时总在里面穿一件白色无袖的那种健美背心？

其实穿白背心是一种传统。实际上和白人或黑人没关系。我所接触的白人老外中年以上年纪的，他们都是打底白背心然后再穿衬衣再打领带的。小时候，在北方我妈也是要求我们先穿背心再穿衬衣的，后来到了南方由于热，就直接穿衬衣了，这个以前我妈还一直说我们。最近看了个视频，是个黑人少年说的他妈妈教的避免被白人警察误杀的方法其中有提到不要穿白背心和不要穿连帽衫，黑人避免穿连帽衫知道是什么原因，但不太理解为什么黑人父母不让孩子穿白背心，或许这个和连帽衫希望是个符号？！
