2、方法,大重量、高组数(4~6组),6~10RM,复合动作,自由重量为主,如深蹲、硬拉、引体向上、卧推等多关节动作。组间休息60~90秒,随着重量慢慢提升,肌肉也会跟着慢慢长大;

3、计划,每周3、4天的训练,可以参考以下训练计划,根据自己情况再调整:

周一:胸部+手臂三头;

周二:腿部+肩部;

睡眠上:
