　以维基百科 对 unitary state 的解释来看，其相对词汇为 federations，而且unitary state 也包括意大利，意大利则是非中央集权国家，所以“中央集权”这个词义可能不太合适。

    目前很多年轻人，不敢结婚，害怕结婚，特别是年龄到了三十岁的时候，患得患失，越发不敢迈进婚姻的殿堂，究其根本，还是生活压力大，工作的不理想，心态疲惫，没有了自信，没有了冲劲，也就导致现在单身的人越来越多，离婚率越来越高，未婚同居的人呈现逐年上涨的趋势，现在国家总体人口战略，是鼓励生育，那么统一下调结婚年龄至18岁，有助于提高人口出生率和结婚率。
