真诚是最好的社交方式

之前一直想写一篇关于真诚的文章，但一直没有找到很好的灵感和素材，所以一直没有下笔，这次因公去香港培训让我得到了很多的素材和感触，于是回家后第一时间就开始写作，把自己的一些感悟分享给大家。

“没有任何道路可以通向真诚，真诚本身就是道路。”这句话是我去年在罗振宇的跨年演讲《时间的朋友》里听到的，我个人很认同他的这个观点，为什么呢？因为曾经有一个朋友就和我讲过一句话：“你是什么样的人，就会吸引什么样的朋友”，现在细细想来确实如此。人与人之所以能成为朋友，很大程度是因为我们有共同的地方，例如价值观相同、兴趣爱好相同、毕业于同一所学校、来自于同一个地方、在同一所公司工作等。正是这些相似的经历让我们成为了朋友，而这段友谊能否走得更长、更久，这就取决于你对待朋友是否真诚。

这次去香港培训，几位香港的同事让我倍感体会到什么叫“真诚”，也让我更加坚信罗振宇所说的那句话。

Chris，Issac，Ivan，Kiddo，阿Cheong第一次遇见他们时，他们都很热情和真诚，每个人都面带微笑，你能从他们的眼神中感受到他们的真诚，当你有任何问题想去咨询他们时，他们都会很耐心，很细心的去帮助你，如果遇到他们也不太懂的问题，他们不会说不知道，而是会去询问其他同事，让他们来帮助你解答疑惑。

还记得在一次聊天中，我和Chris提到，我之前来香港旅游时，在中环吃到过一家味道不错的拉面店，但我忘记了店铺的具体位置，当时我也只是随口一说而已，但没想到，他之后马上就去询问同事，中环有没有好吃的拉面店，在什么位置，多少钱更适合我，并询问我还记得那家拉面店的名字吗，或者周围有没有什么建筑物是比较明显的，并向我推荐了几家他们觉得不错的拉面店，还对我说如果找不到的话，可以带我去，当时我确实很受感动，我只是随口一说，他却很用心的在听。

阿Cheong在分享会结束后还特意找到我，说可以告诉我，他培训的一些小方法，让我记下来，回去试试看，希望对我有所帮助；Ivan对我询问的每一个问题都很耐心的解答，并且会询问我有没有完全听懂，如果没有他可以再讲一遍，并说自己的普通话不好，对此很抱歉；Issac也和我分享了很多他作为一个店经理的经验，他说他把每一个同事都当做朋友去看待，他希望他们可以得到成长，并和我分享了一些他在管理上的技巧和方法，还和我说他在这个月，向他的女朋友求婚成功了，他非常的高兴，还把他们的合照拿给我看。

在和他们的交往中，我真的感受到了他们的热情和真诚，他们并没有把你当做是内地来的同事，而是把你当作了一个朋友去对待，你所有的问题，他们都会很用心的去帮你解决；并在培训结束后，主动来询问我是否使用微信，可以相互添加下，方便以后的联系，如果有任何的问题都可以通过微信向他们进行咨询。

才开始工作的那段时间，也曾听一些留学的朋友和我分享一些他们在国外求学和生活的事情，他们感觉国外的生活真的很开心，感觉那里的人，大部分都很单纯，一直都保持着童年时的那份真诚，和你交朋友并不是有所求，只是觉得大家聊得来，玩得开心而已。

我在大学时也曾有过一些体会，是和我的外教口语老师Josh，那时候我的口语不好，所以很多时候见到他我都想“躲开”，因为怕开口说话，但每次只要他一看到我，哪怕是离得很远，他都会很热情的和我打招呼，并鼓励我多多开口说话，哪怕我说的话前言不搭后语，他也会耐心的听着，当我听不懂他在说什么时，他总是会用各种肢体语言来表达他想说的东西是什么意思，从来不会表现出一丝的不耐烦。

日本**《千与千寻》中有一句话——人生就是一列开往坟墓的列车，路途上会有很多站，很难有人可以至始至终陪着走完，当陪你的人要下车时，即使不舍，也该心存感激，然后挥手道别。

我们人生中会遇到很多的人，有些人能会和你成为一辈子的朋友，有些人可能只会和你成为一时的朋友，如果你都真诚的去对待他们中的每一个人，你的内心会获得很大的快乐，同时也能收获他们对你真诚的友谊。

一、休闲类

（1）《向往的生活》

这个就不用我多说了吧？安利的人特别多。它是由湖南卫视、浙江合心传媒联合推出的生活服务纪实节目。目前已更新到第六季。

在这个物欲横流的社会很多人迷失自我早已忘记生活的本质是什么，尤其是在大都市生活的人，每天忙碌、奔波、疲惫……非常渴望回归自然，体验简单的生活这个节目，也正是出于这种考虑，展现人们的原始，淳朴民风，自己，种田，采摘收获，每天一日三餐也是为自己准备。

如果你感到迷茫，不妨来看一看它。

（2）《你好 生活》

《你好 生活》是央视综艺频道和央视网联合出品，共同联动共青团中央推出的一档新青年生活分享节目，共三季。

《你好 生活》的理念是 “人生三分之一的时间用于好好生活”，通过音乐美食和美景，联系亲情友情和青春。更有思想的火花，人生的感悟，励志的动能在纷繁复杂的娱乐环境下，去倾听青年人在想什么，用青年人最能接纳的方式走入内心，给予引导，提供人生动力。人生三分之一的时间用来好好生活，才能让另外的三分之二，充满前进的动力。

它不仅以简单的人间烟火，引领观众一起感受生活本真的状态。还通过好友间的一次次深度对话解锁人间的辩证哲学，确保观众在解压治愈能有所思考，向青年群体不断传达正向的价值观，值得一看。

二、职场类

（1）《令人心动的offer》

《令人心动的offer》是由腾讯视频推出的职场观察类真人秀，在目前已经更新到了第三季，每一季都有不同的主题。

第一季节目记录了来自海内外知名法学院的八位学生，进行的为期一个月的顶级律所实习经历，他们将在四位带教律师的指导下完成九次课题考验，最终争夺2个拿到正式offer的名额。

节目情节紧扣，跌宕起伏，不断出现的挑战和状态直接考验着八位实习生的能力和抗压性，将职场生活的我们表现得淋漓尽致，值得一看。

（2）《初入职场的我们》

《初入职场的我们》是芒果TV自制职场类节目，目前已更新到第二季。

第一季由董明珠、张涵组成老板团，蒋昌建、靳梦佳担任固定主持。

其中董老板的加盟是每个人没想到的，这也吸引了大量的热度。

其中作为职场女强人董明珠的综艺首秀，她一改往日霸气严厉的模样，面对零零后实习生露出一脸标准姨妈笑，金句频出，董明珠的话句句犀利切中要害，我也从中得到了不少感悟。

三、搞笑温情类

（1）《极限挑战》

《极限挑战》是东方卫视制作的一档大型励志体验真人秀节目 每期成员进行开放式的户外挑战运动，共七季。

《极限挑战》中既没有萌娃也没有恋人，六个嘉宾的年龄属于老大不小。他们要面对的，不仅是任务，还必须面对现实问题。比如黄渤给人送快递延误，遭退货；王迅在282米高空冒着生命危险擦了近三个小时玻璃收入270元后，为了七块钱跟老板讨价还价。

他们除了应对社会角色需要面临的难题，还要面临兄弟之间的竞争，娱乐圈中的影帝，明星演员成了带着摄像机体验生活的挑战者。

但它既不失快乐也不失温情，他们呈现了世间的爱，无论素人还是艺人的美好瞬间，他们都乐于展示给观众。所以很多时候极挑的感人桥段其实并不着力于煽情，但都达到了四两拨千斤润物细无声的效果，给人一种让人潸然泪下的力量。

（2）《青春环游记》

《青春环游记》是浙江卫视推出的文化旅游探索类综艺。

节目通过嘉宾结伴出行旅游的形式围绕城市因人而骄傲的主题，具体讲述了不同城市的历史人文展现了中华文化的源远流长和博大精深，共三季。

凯文·凯利，一位畅销书作家，也是《连线（Wired）》杂志创始主编。尽管他不曾创立价值万亿的互联网公司，却丝毫不影响他在世界互联网圈的显著地位。他的著作《失控》被誉为“互联网圣经”。在微信团队研发中心，几乎每一个产品经理手上都有一本《失控》，尤其是微信之父张小龙那句：“不读《失控》的产品经理，知识结构是不完整的。”除了张小龙以外，凯文·凯利也受到马化腾、王小川、罗振宇等人的追捧，被人们亲昵地称为“KK”。去年，凯文·凯利在他的68岁生日时，准备了68条简短的建议，作为礼物送给年轻人，希望能对你有所启发。

1、学会从那些你不同意、甚至冒犯你的人身上学习。看看你能否发现他们背后的真相是什么。

2、充满激情可以提高25点智商。

3、永远要有一个deadline。deadline能够排除不相关的东西。避免追求完美，你必须追求与众不同，与众不同比完美更好。

4、不要害怕问愚蠢的问题。因为99%的情况下其他人也想问同样的问题，只是因为怕尴尬而羞于提问。

5、善于倾听是一种超能力。倾听你所爱之人的时候，多问问“还有什么？”，直到他们倾诉了所有。

13、非凡的主张需要非凡的证据才能让人信服。

14、不要当房间里最聪明的那个人，与比自己更聪明的人交往，并向他们学习。更好的是找到那些与你意见不同的聪明人。

15、交流的“三”原则，要找到真相，让别人比他们之前说的更深一些，一次、两次、三次的重复这个过程，第三次你就接近真相了。

16、别做最好的，要做唯一的。

17、所有人都很害羞。别人在等着你介绍自己，等着你给他们发邮件，等着你邀请他们约会。大胆去做。

18、当别人拒绝你的时候，不要在意。假设他们和你一样：忙碌、没时间、注意力分散。稍后再试一次，很神奇，第二次尝试往往会成功。

19、建立习惯的目的，是不用自我谈判，不在决定做一件事上花费精力，你直接就做了。好的习惯包括讲真话、用牙线。

20、及时是尊重的表现。
