怎么样开一个有趣的 Home Party

中国家庭通常也就是公寓式的房子，没有院子，没有天台，于是要充分腾空客厅的空间。一般的家庭平时也就一张沙发若干张椅子，不会更多。所以在party以前，有必要像搬家一般，搬进来多一些的椅子和沙发，并且布置一些娱乐设置进来。

个人建议

1真的要有一个大的House。只有在宽敞的大环境里面，大家的自由度才能施展开来。当时的房子几百平米，好几个套间，空间足够，可以形成三三两两的交流也可以形成群体性的交流。

2要设计参加Party的人群属性。要求最好有目的性相关的人群参加，层次上最好对等。可以上下游人士，也可以同属性人士。这样大家有的聊，有价值，而且大家也会愿意投入参加。

3要设计好主题。好的话题能吸引好的人加入。Party最重要的是人，人最感兴趣的是内容和参与者。好的主题一定能让活动的质量提升很大的档次。

4要有好吃的好喝的。虽然Party最核心的一定不是吃喝，但是吃喝是最能渲染这个氛围的方式。当时徐老师邀请的是他多年的一个非常非常知名的厨师为大家下厨，听说厨师还是外交部御用大厨哦。大家当晚吃的非常开心，聊了好多吃的话题。

5聚会要有核心人员做个发言。Party的时候，可以发散，也要有中心化的时候。有个德高望重的人说两句话，对氛围的影响也会是巨大的。当时徐老师做了一个创业精神的分享，王强老师做了一个中等收入陷阱的分享，都是短短十几分钟，但是两位的感染力极强，让Home Party的氛围达到了顶峰。

6记得多拍照。实时分享出来，实时看到照片大家会更开心的，尤其是一些很搞怪的。

总结

主要要切实考虑刀宾客的需求以及可以参与的娱乐项目，一定要全员一起参加，这样的家庭聚会才会活力满满！
