　　“中国青年志愿者”标志的整体构图为心的造型，同时也是英文“青年”的第一个字母Y；图案中央既是手，也是鸽子的造型。标志寓意为中国青年志愿者向社会上所有需要帮助的人们奉献一片爱心，伸出友爱之手，以跨世纪的精神风貌，面向世界，走向未来，表现青年志愿者“热情献社会；真情暖人心”的主题。

　　本标志是中国青年志愿者活动的统一标志，将制成胸章、纪念章（徽章）、旗帜及其他宣传品，供青年志愿者开展活动和宣传之用。本标志版权归共青团中央所有。

头顶显示“LV”：表示你的花房等级不够；

解决方案：每天刷满帮好友浇花扫垃圾的100点经验，雇好友打理自己花房，将花价调低；

个人经验：这个往往只代表了顾客对你的花房和花没太大意见，不一定就会买花；

解决方案：没啥好说的了，投入金币，不过个人经验是即使装饰度是当前级别最高，可能也会出现这个，所以量力而行自己决定是否投入，我的花房是17级95装饰度；

个人经验：没有顾人，垃圾没人扫，会出现这个；由于摆放方式和走位的不同，有时雇员会一时被挡住浇不到水扫不到垃圾，也会出现这个；

头顶显示一束花：表示你的包装纸不符合顾客的喜好；

解决方案：这个图等了一天也没截到，只好以上图代替，注意4种颜色包装纸均衡使用即可；

头顶显示金币：表示你定的价格不合适；

个人经验：觉得你价格定的偏高或偏低，系统派来的顾客也是很苛刻的，不一定价格低就会买哦。

售楼部走进售楼部，一眼就看到了特惠的横幅：特价3600-3700元/平米，小编就地询问了一下浪漫满屋的销售情况：项目规划的5栋楼中1号栋将于明年动工，现有的4栋楼房是28层的高层楼，共500多套，预计明年3月交房。

浪漫满屋已经尾盘，剩余40套左右，现推出部分特价房3400元-3700元/平方米，估计9楼以下的房屋在3400元/平米左右。

在售楼部现场，售楼告诉小编浪漫满屋3、4栋最下层为72米高的架高层，2、5栋上铺。

社区中心为5000平米的水景。

其车库是精装的，比例为1：075；物业管理费为12-15元/平米/月。

项目建设进度

俗话说百闻不如一见，了解完基本情况后，小编决定去实景场所探探虚实。

售楼告诉小编，项目现场离售楼部有十几分钟路程，就可以到项目现场去。

按照工作人员的指示，小编一路观看楼盘周边配套及周边楼盘，边比较边向项目现场走去。

走进工地现场，浪漫满屋四栋楼房正在施工中，楼栋建筑差不过完成了。

小编去的时候正见工人外墙进行第二次粉刷。

现场施工人员告诉小编，社区绿化很快就会施工。

该项目的地势相对于周边的楼盘来说要高一些，所以采光度比较好，周围也没有什么挡住视野的建筑。

而且2、3栋属于江景房，15楼以上的F户型可以欣赏到湘江美景。

周边配套

买房是大事，所以房子周边的配套设施一定要问清楚，小编从售楼部往项目现场的路上，一直寻找相关的配套。

相比较热闹的市中心，正在完善中的省府核心板块还是少了些许繁华，大型的超市和娱乐场所鲜有所见。

倒是教育氛围很强，有铁道学院、湖南广播电视大学及中南林业科技大学等高等学府。

商业

BOBO天下城商业广场，还有家居建材商场，都在芙蓉南路上，买东西还是挺方便的。

在项目现场出来100米的样子有中信银行等金融机构。

项目周边楼盘对比

申奥美域总建筑面积约12万平米、建筑密度28%、绿化率40%，总户数千余户、车位充足，爱车无忧。

小区景观设计汲取江南园林精髓，以对景、借景、衬托等典型江南园林的造园技法来极力营造“曲径通幽、别有洞天”的纯正江南园林。

经过前两期的入住，申奥美域已经很有人气了，第三期的房子建的的很漂亮，最主要的是小区内的环境特别好。

和庄

项目四面临路，东为芙蓉南路(沿路近100米)、南为木莲冲路(沿路750米)、西为新姚路、北为小区规划路，小区中间还有两条路(汇丰路、南园路)，规划地铁在本项目设有车站。

相比较而言，小编认为和庄在项目地处位置上要稍占优势，而且从和庄出发往市中心，稍稍近了几分钟的车程。

不过喜欢宁静的朋友可以选择标志浪漫满屋。

博林金谷

博林金谷占地面积34858亩，总建筑面积约60万_，总户数约3500户。

项目建筑规划原封留存4万5千平米原生山丘和5000棵以上原生大中型乔木，构筑了优越的原生态环境。

博林金谷的原生态山体一直都是项目的卖点，同样安静的标志浪漫满屋少了些许绿树环绕，不过标志浪漫满屋的环境相对来说还是较好的，在价格上来说浪漫满屋的特价房多出了一点优势。

愿景童话里

愿景·童话里”由四栋30层高层住宅及一栋22层高层住宅组成，在整体规划上合理利用自然地形地貌，采用曲线形布置。

童话里和标志浪漫满屋仅隔一条马路，项目对比性很大，不过限于浪漫满屋是现房，而童话里是期房，浪漫满屋的优势会大些，且浪漫满屋的地势要高，采光条件会更好。

小编后记

没有看浪漫满屋的项目现场时，我设想过很多种，单单从名字上看，我想该盘应该是绿荫环绕、鸟语花香的吧，秋日的午后可以坐在飘窗上享受惬意的暖阳，端一杯茶、品一本书、听一曲歌，慵懒、悠闲的过一下午。

或者跟韩剧《浪漫满屋》一样，会有浪漫的故事展开。

后来同事告诉我，她很喜欢标志浪漫满屋，听说销售的还可以，趁这个阳光明媚的下午就去看一下。

可惜没有想象的那么好。

尽管位置不偏，在省府的核心板块，不过我更愿靠近大马路，毕竟省府这块还没有完善，要想生活方便点还是离市中心近点好。

而且周边楼盘云集，有和庄、博林金谷、湘府华城、湖光山色等相对比，其优劣很容易比较出来。

不过萝卜青菜，各有所爱，喜欢标志浪漫满屋的网友还是可以前去一看的。
