增肥是increase weight么？

当地时间5号(周日)跟W老师去参加活动。大家一起讨论起2020的愿望是什么？2020 goals

主讲人作为开场，列了一些梦想，第8个是我的之一。

increase weight这是我现场想起的词，对应主讲人的lose weight(减肥)似乎主持人犹豫了一下，也还是能理解，就直接写在了白板上。这正是那所谓的外国人能听懂的中式英语。

不过，我不放心，下来查了一下。发现增重当然不应这么说。其二是关于增肥或是减肥有好多的说法。

其实与lose对应的单词是gain,所以自然地增重也应应该是 gain weight

如果照着中式的increase weight,再去凑减肥一词，就是decrease weight这就错更远了。

但不止这些。顺着百度一下，整理一下吧。
