街舞中的BATTLE是什么意思？

“Battle”的中文原意为战斗,战役。battle在街舞里则指的是两组选手的对抗,也就是人们常说的“斗舞”。

首先要评定一场battle一定要有裁判,而裁判必须是具有很高的专业力的dancer,这里用bboy battle来说明,作为bboy裁判,本身必须对这个舞蹈有一定的了解,要看过很多的video,这里是为了看出biting现象。

还要了解breaking里面的很多细节所在,知道什么东西难之类的所以bboy battle的裁判最好是请有些知名度的bboy来担任,最好能有2位以上的裁判,这样才可以尽量排除主观方面的问题。

还有就是双方出场的次数必须一样,人数只要不是相差太夸张则问题不大,以5分钟的battle来说,双方通常只各有5-6次出场的机会。

街舞是什么玩意儿？

有人说，一个人在台前能给你多少正能量，意味着他在背后就要独自消化掉等量的负能量。

其实，每个人都需要去面对、消化生活中的许多不如意。境遇不好的人，大有人在。大部分人不会将那些负面的情绪尽数宣泄出来，传染给身边的人。

但是，有一种人，抓住一切的时机散播负能量，无论什么时候，永远都有他不高兴的事情。

跟他们待在一起，我们就像一个免费的情绪垃圾桶，被他们的负能量传染，自己也变得不开心。

< 为什么有些人会负能量爆棚？ >

某天，好久未见的同学聚会。一见面，大家欢声笑语，想起过去的各种糗事，都忍俊不禁。然而，提到小时候大家的零花钱，有个姑娘就默默地拉下脸了。

“我小时候家里可穷了，才没有零花钱这回事。”

大家看着气氛不太对，就打打笑场：“哈哈哈小时候大家条件都不咋地，每天也就几毛钱买个冰红茶就是小土豪了。”

“是吗？小时候没喝过，不知道什么味的。没办法，穷人家的孩子就是这么可怜了。别说这些好吃的，如果不是咬咬牙，我估计连书都不用读了”姑娘撅撅嘴，一脸愤愤不平。

“哎呀，现在生活不是好多了吗！别想那些过去不高兴的事情了，来，喝点可乐！”另一个姑娘看着气氛越来越不好，只好出言安慰，转移注意力。

“是吗？我家里因为读书现在还欠着好多债呢。我还不知道怎么还，生活真是太残酷了。唉。太不公平了。唉。为什么我这么倒霉？唉”姑娘连叹三声，越叹越大声。

大家面面相觑，整晚陷入了尴尬……

身边总是不乏这样负能量的小伙伴。抓住一切的时机散播负能量，无论是客观事实，还是埋怨别人，永远都有他不高兴的事情。

跟他们待在一起，日子过得突然就是如同世界末日一般，生活中似乎已经没有任何值得期待的事情。只有，最糟糕的结果。

为什么会有人总是负能量爆棚？

「高情绪性，多愁善感，悲观主义者」

他们往往是非常敏感的人。能够细致地觉察到环境和人的细微变化，并对这变化抱有极大的忧虑或担心。他们不能乐观地去预判事情的各种结果，也不能客观地接受他人做出超出自己预期的行为。

每当人或事超出他们的预期，感觉到了严重的失控。他们会开始陷入焦虑，烦躁。而负面的情绪又不能很好地进行控制。于是便向身边的人宣泄自己的情绪。

「攻击性、竞争性强，喜欢出手干涉」

这里举个小例子。大家平时发朋友圈的时候，是否总有些不太熟的朋友喜欢在朋友圈留一些让你real难接的话呢？

发个美食，他留言“你都胖成这样了还吃？”；发个去菲律宾旅游的照片，他留言“菲律宾这么危险，小心被绑架。”；发个新包包的照片，他留言“这包都不流行了，现在打折很大很便宜吧？”……

总之，总有可以攻击的事情。似乎自己分享一些开心的事情，他就非常难过。要不是比不上你，要不是想炫耀一下自己的长处。用负面的言语，把人打击得体无完肤。并且，从不考虑场所或是对象，似乎自己是占据了真理的一方，有权发声和干涉。

「自私自利，不考虑他人感受」

其实多愁善感的人不在少数，境遇不好的人，也大有人在。但是为什么我们认识到那么多人，却不是每个都是负能量满满？

原因便是每个人的性格还有一点强烈的差异：宜人性不同。尤其是其中的同理心和利他，负能量爆棚的人尤其缺乏。

他们不能理解别人接收到自己负面情绪的时候也会同样不开心，也不愿意花时间去了解别人是否不高兴，或是谈论这些事情，是否能对他人有其他方面的帮助。

简单来说，就是吐槽完一时爽，别人一天就像火葬场。

「原生家庭成员的性格复制」

更深层一点来分析：如果观察一下常常负能量，常常抱怨的小伙伴的家庭环境，不难发现，他们的家庭里总有个与ta相似的负能量者。

比如小到几毛钱都要抱怨大半天的妈妈，或是认为社会各种黑暗各种不公平的怨气爸爸。他自己便是父母的一面镜子，几乎一模一样，甚至可能变本加厉。

「吐槽不如唱歌，负能量爆炸不如跳舞」

远离负能量，日子想必也会更开心吧？

“今天天气好晴朗，处处好风光~啊好风光~”

写到这里，二扔突然想起当年火遍大江南北的《还珠格格》，剧中的小燕子总是笑哈哈，向周围的小伙伴们散播着正能量，天大的事儿到她嘴里都是屁大点儿的事：“要头一颗，要命一条”。

这样阳光灿烂的朋友，大概没有人不喜欢了吧？
