相比较与在户外跑步使用跑步机跑步具有更高的安全性，这是因为跑步机上的踏板相对于室外的混凝土地更加的软和一些，也不会出现道路不平，弯弯曲曲的现象，而且一般的跑步机上都装置了减震装置，对于我们的膝盖关节可以起到一个保护作用，也可以防止在户外运动出现的一些危险，大大增强的我们运动的安全性。
