发色选择注意事项：
· 一！定！不要高饱和度的颜色！ 什么红的黄的紫的绿的蓝的，即便是你不去漂，这些颜色最终都会把你的头发引到——**，且！越亮的颜色，如果不漂染是黑色头发的底子的话……可能就是这个效果

我之前的栗棕色
可能年轻的女孩子们会觉得有点过时有点老了？但确实是我最喜欢的发色之一了，也是最接近我本身发色的，就很长时间不染新长出来的头发也不会有违和感，个人感觉最实用，也适合各种肤色，偏韩系
我现在的：栗棕色混合烟草灰
如果它不会褪色的话，我会一辈子都想染这个色吧！栗棕色是最贴近我本身的发色了嘛，烟草灰可能又过分张扬了些，这两个混合一下，哎！超合适！一方面是烟草灰完全掩盖了栗棕色本身的乏味，更现代了一点，又没有过分张扬，也比较符合我的身份了，加点灰真的显年轻！如果你想稳妥又个性的话，就让理发师给你在大众颜色的基础上加点灰吧！

虽然说现在的染发产品和基数也更新了一轮又一轮的，但是染发也算是化学干预头发了，绝对是对头发有很大伤害的
看到很多回答建议不染头发，说伤头发啊褪色啊脱发啊啥的，其实染头发比较多的，这些都是必然经历过的了，比如我！但是真的铁了心的想要染头发的话，这些绝对不是可以束缚住我们脚步的枷锁！
想要染得又好，保色时间更长，就得听我的！
（众姐妹实测有效）
· 染发前自己在家做个发膜， 让自己的头发保持一个水润饱满的状态，也给染发剂伤害头发一个缓冲的余地！
我是一直用的潘婷的子弹杯做应急护理（平时用我这油头会觉得有点油）
但是我一直非常非常爱的爱芙瑞又新出了发膜啦（可能是新得了韩国护肤品牌年度大奖又有研发经费了吧），我自然是赶紧买了用啊！看着包装我还有点失望，以为是和日常的护发素差不多的吧
但是第一次用就完全惊艳到我了哇，还是早上急着赶去学校作报告，头发都炸了，抄起来就用了（没洗头直接用的发膜），真绝了，我说我在北方干燥得静电都能起火的冬天，在外边跑了一整天回家一丝起静电的头发都没有你能信么？！可这是事实！爱芙瑞快给我打钱啊，我都给你家产品吹爆了！
· 染完头发之后，回家一定要自己再洗一遍！且洗的方法非常重要！
— 要用盆洗， 可以直接把整个头皮都泡在里面的那种！
— 30 左右的温水， 就是用胳膊肘试体感稍凉但可以接受的温度，可以镇静安抚被折腾过的头皮
— 不要急着用什么强效修复啥的洗发水，用绝对成分安全且有镇静安抚毛囊作用的洗发水 （洗发水是一定会接触头皮的，要尽量减少对头皮的刺激，这一步的重点不是清洁，而是安抚！）
还是说我的心头最爱爱芙瑞洗发水啊，它全名是爱芙瑞防脱洗发水（卖家写的），防不防脱放一边，主要是这类洗发水都会有对毛囊好的成分的，它宣传是说含有20多种氨基酸成分，温和修复疏通毛囊啥的，我也不会真懂哈，但是用它洗是没错了，之前的回答也说过，它都通过了我治脱发的医生那一关了~（强烈建议爱芙瑞今天就给我打钱！）
— 注意这一步没有让你用护发素发膜啥的哦~ 不许再有任何东西碰到头皮了昂！
— 不要为了减少伤害不吹头发让它自然风干！这是个巨大的误区！！！
— 抹护理油——抹头发不沾头皮，补水锁水修复受损毛鳞片，让发色更持久哦~
