刚过了一个慵懒的春节长假，谈早起真是一件不容易的事。
很多人常立志，第二天要早起锻炼、学习、阅读，可一到晚上，就被网游、刷剧、手机束缚，东搞西搞，一直到后半夜。此时，若要早起，睡眠不足，有过劳死倾向；若不早起，空许壮志，又顿足捶胸悔之晚矣。
《4点起床 最养生和高效的时间管理》一书中提出的“起创力”对我曾深有启发。起创力，就是通过早期激发创造力和活力。我也在多年前开始做一个早起的倡导者和实践者。
早起，真的很难吗？并不是，关键在于掌握一套系统的方法。
这个时代，可怕的不是你不够努力，而是比你成功的人还比你更努力。总结起来，早起似乎成了这些成功人的共性。

长此以往，早起使你比别人拥有更多、更精彩的自由空间，离你目标将会更近一步。
据心理学研究发现，早起者更能拥有积极心态，更少罹患抑郁症，更少出现“黑暗三性格”（即自恋者、心理变态者和权谋者），快乐感更强，为人更为和善。
早起的价值在于养成习惯，不断坚持。与重要任务迫在眉睫时加班加点、辛苦熬夜相比，持之以恒、日有所进的早起效果更好，更能经历时光的检验、岁月的沉淀。
生物钟就是我们身体器官组织的运作节奏。各个器官的生物钟由一个总的生物钟调节。这个总的生物钟位于大脑下丘脑的视交叉上核。
总生物钟会根据人眼对光线的感知来指挥身体做事。视网膜神经节细胞的感光系统告诉大脑现在是白天还是晚上，从而校准我们的生物钟。一旦生物钟被校准，我们身体就记住了这个节奏。
在日落和日出之前这两个时段，生物钟最容易被改变。日落之后接触强光和蓝光，会抑制褪黑素，让生物钟推后，不容易入睡；日出之前接触强光、蓝光，生物钟就会提前，身体新陈代谢就会提早苏醒。
而一般夜里的路灯、家里的电灯不足以改变生物钟，但电脑、手机等电子设备发出的蓝光敏感度最高，容易对生物钟产生影响，从而推迟睡眠时间。
古人讲“日落而息、日出而作”，符合了天地的自然规律。而现代人因为科技进步、诱惑变多、压力增大、工作繁忙，往往昼夜颠倒、作息混乱，造成生物钟失调，影响了身体健康。
若想早起，就必须用早睡倒逼早起，建立符合良好生物钟节奏的睡眠习惯。
如果你想4点钟起床，那睡眠时间是晚上9点、10点还是11点？中午是否要午觉？建立什么样习惯能提高睡眠质量？这些习惯都需要因人而异、适时调整、不断修改，找到最适合自己的早起方案。
同时，也不是所有人、所有事都适合早起。每个人都有自己的生理黄金时间，在黄金时间注意力最集中、创造力最高。有些人天生就是夜猫子型，只有在夜晚文思如泉涌、才思如尿崩，那就顺其自然做个夜猫子吧。
做不同类型的事也对是否早起有不同的要求。因为，前半夜的深度睡眠期，对巩固数据信息类的记忆非常重要，而后半夜的浅睡期能帮助巩固运动技能、发挥创造性思维。如果明天你要更多运用记忆力应对考试，则需要早睡，然后早起复习一遍；如果明天是应付数学或化学考试、举行音乐演奏，不妨可以晚睡一点，早晨可以晚起一点。
所以，是做一个夜猫子还是早起者，就要先清楚自己的生物钟规律和黄金时间，问问自己：我适合早起吗？为什么必须早起？
只有回答了这两个问题，你才知道自己早起和熬夜效率的对比，清楚自己早起的意义和目标。
养成好的睡眠习惯。 早起的关键第一步不是从早晨开始，而从前一晚开始。睡前至少一小时不再使用手机或电脑，避免散发的蓝光造成失眠和免疫力下降。要逐步稳定自己的睡眠时间，最好在10：00—11:00间准备睡觉，以保证7-8小时的充足睡眠。睡眠质量不靠时间衡量，而是靠生物钟衡量，深度睡眠质量高，醒来则神清气爽。要保持下午较好的体力和精力，最好在中午饭后小憩15—20分钟。
靠生物钟自然醒来。 人一般在浅睡眠期间醒来会比较轻松。在早起开始的时候，可能需要闹钟、手环等工具叫醒，但不要使用稍后提醒功能，否则睡回笼觉只能让我们更累，破坏睡眠循环，潜意识里也认为自己缺乏自律。所以，一旦闹钟响起，再痛苦也要立即起床。
培养早起的系列动作。 起床洗漱后，先喝一杯温开水，有助于唤醒沉睡的身体。然后开始活动身体，进行简单的力量训练、静心冥想、散步跑步，促进身体活络循环，提高基础体温。也可以吃上一颗苹果，或着喝杯咖啡，给身体带来能量。
逐渐提早起床时间。 如果你平时习惯了晚睡晚起，现在决定早起，那就不要突然地早起，而是要以15分钟为基准，逐渐提早睡眠和早起时间。比如，以前你习惯12点睡觉、7点起床，可以试着11:45睡觉、6:45起床，这样慢慢往前挪，就会逐步习惯早起。
集中精力做重要任务。 早起的宝贵时光当然要用来完成重要任务。可以写晨间日记，进行安静的思考，规划好一天的安排；可以选择平时没有时间做而自己感兴趣的事，比如学习英语、演讲、绘画；可以选择职业发展中的难点和瓶颈，选择一个方向，进行重点突破。总之，早起做的事情，你需要足够喜欢，做起来才充满动力和期待，才有可能坚持每天早起去完成。
以我早起的习惯为例。6:00左右一般能自己醒来，少数情况使用运动手环的震动提醒功能。起床后，边洗漱边听英语；喝一杯温开水，开始大约15分钟的KEEP锻炼，充分激活身体；打开手机，利用3-5分钟写晨间日记，总结前一天并计划当天重点事项；然后，开始工作、学习或阅读1小时左右，准备上班和早餐。中午餐后，一般会有20分钟左右的小憩，补充睡眠。晚上11:00前准时睡觉。
通过早起的坚持，我拥有了更多的健身、学习、提高的时间，对平衡自己的生活、工作和成长有了更强的助力。
