Keep exercises every day
It's getting more and more important to keep health, both for physical and psychological
For us students, who sits there all day long, it's necessary to take some exercises to keep healthy Since we are growing up every day, it is essential to take a sunshine bath and keep us motivated For those who is short of exercises, one may easily get sick
There are many ways to do exercises, running ,walking , jumping, dancing, skipping, and so forth
I surely will do exercises every day because I usually wake up in the midnight Doing exercises helps me to have a deep sleep
As I am running, I gradually find that I not only benefit health from it, but also feel more happier As it is said, sports dedicate for our health, I really enjoy doing these activities
