　一、劳逸结合有张有驰。

老师和家长经常会苦口婆心地说：“一寸光阴一寸金，寸进难买寸光阴”。其实我们对这些大道理已经很懂了，我们不懂的是：要怎样来珍惜时间呢？”我们来看一个优等生的时间管理：期中考试卷发下来，明明的成绩又是全年级第一，别的同学纷纷猜测：明明总是名列前茅，他一定是整天扑在功课上。事实上并不是这样的，明明在学习上并不像有的同学那样时时刻刻都紧张，他有一套属于自己的作息时间规律。早上6点起床，7点上学，除了参加兴趣小组活动外，下午放了学就回家，6点前完成全部作业；晚饭后看电视新闻、娱乐节目，或者看看课外书放松一下，9点准时上床睡觉。周末，他一般会跟一些要好的同学打乒乓球，或是去逛书城，看看新书，开阔视野。他还有一个爱好就是下象棋，周末他还会跟爸爸切磋一下棋技。在学习的时候，他抓紧了一切时间，一分一秒都没有浪费！

二、有效利用零碎时间。

要使孩子搞清自己的生理规律和有关外因，合理地安排学习的时间、地点和内容。一般来说，大多数孩子早晨适合记忆、背诵，下午适合理解疑难问题，晚上适合巩固知识和进行联想式复习。昨天收到老师的信息说儿子的寒假作业被评为优秀作业，很是欣慰，早给儿子制订寒假计划时就充分想到了利用零碎时间做寒假作业，儿子做作业都是利用午后将近一个小时完成，都能在规定时间做完，注意力也很集中，作业质量也很高，我们检查批改时错误率极低。制订新的学习计划时，也充分考虑到这一点，因为他没有午休的习惯，上学期一直在利用中午的零碎时间做数学练习，这学期仍然保留这一做法，这就是有效利用时间的一个很好的说明，时间不长，效率很高。

　三、做自己时间的主人。

时间是无情的，它不能挽回，不可逆转，不可储存，且永不再生。时间又是最公平的，每个人的时间都是一样，成功与否关键是如何利用。一个人如果不能有效利用有限的时间，就会被时间俘虏，成为时间的弱者。一旦在时间面前成为弱者，他便将永远是一个弱者。因为放弃时间的人，同样也会被时间放弃。没有什么比时间可贵，也没有什么比会节省时间更重要。不爱惜时间，不珍惜时间，只会让自己失去更多机会。

排第一的学校教学计划安排的学习任务是必须努力完成的，而且要保质保量，没有任何借口，具体体现在各门课程的学习上。按时上下课、按时完成老师布置的课程作业、按要求参加各类课程的研讨活动和学术讲座、诚信考试并顺利过关等都是基本要求。

毕竟同学们都是怀揣梦想来上大学，内心深处都希望学有所成，并顺利拿到毕业证和学位证。但如果一旦挂科，这样的愿望就会落空，因此，绝对不能允许自己有挂科的现象发生，并努力去追求优秀的课程成绩。对此，同学们需要在时间管理上不断进行优化。

排第二的各系（各二级学院）、各任课老师安排的其他任务，如果与教学计划安排的学习任务不冲突，也应该积极主动去完成。譬如：帮老师收交作业、整理实验室、参加各种会议、参加文体活动、参加社会调查、寒暑假支教等等。

至于其他部门随机抽调的事务性工作，如接待迎送工作，招生宣传工作，以及其他志愿活动，在不影响上述两项任务的前提下，也应该积极参加。

最后就是自己安排的任务，在确保个人的课程学习任务不受影响的前提下，遵循个人服从组织的原则。因为同学们每天都会安排大量的课余时间来消化、研究课程内容，这是属于计划内容，也应该放在第一位，只有其他的个人安排，可以服从前三项任务的需要，灵活调整，这一点每一位同学需要做到心中有数。

第二条原则：按个人的学习效率来管理时间。

有的同学晚上学习效率高，那么就将晚上的时间集中用在课程内容的学习消化、学习拓展上；有的同学上午时间学习效率高，那么除了上课时间雷打不动外，其他的时间就用在主要任务的完成上。

总之，哪段时间自己的学习效率最高，就将这段时间用在完成主要任务上，而将效率低的时间用于完成次要任务。

其实，要做到这一点很不容易，因为常常会被许多事务性的事，一些娱乐性的诱惑所干扰。譬如：某同学叫你和他（她）一起去做一件与学习无关的事，或者某社团正在进行演出活动，或者被电脑（手机）游戏所吸引，或者被通宵追剧所诱惑等等。

总之，在大学学习生活期间，随机发生的事会很多，这些事就是来不断磨炼你的意志，提升你的判断力的。但只要你在遵循第一条原则的前提下，你的决策就不容易出错。

第三条原则：按诚信标准来管理时间。

常言道：承诺是金。一般情况下，同学们不要轻易作出承诺，这也是一种学习，需要历练。但只要作出了承诺，就要努力兑现，没有借口，这是对诚信的基本要求。

许多同学都非常看重这一点，在时间管理上将此作为一条原则来遵守。

“上午八点上课，我八点之前就会到教室。”

“晚上六点半的会议，我通常会提前到会场。”

“下午四点，与同学们相约在学校的球场打球，我四点之前肯定做好准备，准时出现在球场。”

……

诸如此类的守时承诺，在大学生活中非常之多，我们不要小看了这点点滴滴的守时承诺，涓涓细流会汇成江河，甚至汇成大海。每一个人，如果将每一个这样的细节都做好了，那么大家就会对他（她）产生一种整体的印象，“诚信”两字就会写在他（她）的脸上。这样的人在社会上一定是一个深受欢迎的人，这样的学生走向工作岗位，一定是受单位同事敬重的人，你认为呢？

守时是诚信的起点，承诺的时间坚如磐石。这就是这条原则的核心。

可能有的同学会说：“承诺的时间与课程计划的学习时间发生冲突怎么办？”首先，杨老师明确，我们不轻易作出承诺，这是前提；其次，作出承诺时，需要参考相关的时间安排，特别是教学计划的时间安排，只要与教学计划有冲突的，我们不承诺。
