人生最大的遗憾不是“我不行”，而是“我本可以”

最近看了塔拉·韦斯特弗的《你当像鸟飞往你的山》，其中有一篇是写她妈妈怎么从一名普通妇人跃迁成为一名助产士的。

作者的母亲是个很注重外表的人，每天早上起来都要化妆，一旦不化妆她就会觉得对不起全世界。但是她即将要去做助产士的助手了，而那个助产士外表看起来很糟糕！一点打扮的迹象都没有。因为她母亲是懂药草的，父亲希望他学会接生，以防世界末日到来时她妻子能为子孙接生。

可是塔拉的母亲第一次去当助手回来后，吓得脸色苍白并且对丈夫孩子说：我害怕你极了，我做不到。但是她丈夫极力鼓励她去做。然后接下来有了第二次，第三次……

当她接生了十几个小孩后，又对丈夫说，她不想做了。因为她觉得如果真的世界末日到来她已经可以帮忙接生了。她丈夫又说：你得自己接生！

塔拉妈妈：不行，我不行。别人可以，但是我不行。她不停的否认自己。想想要自己一个人接生的场面她就受不了！但是因为某些原因，那个助产士要离开她们的故乡去别的地方了，然后她真的就得独自去接生了！

第一次自己接生，她很紧张，但过程很顺利。后边又有了第二次，第三次……就这样，她变成了真正的助产士，为家里赚了不少钱。为了精进技术，她还自己去学了很多相关知识。

读了这个故事，真是感慨呀！我们面对很多陌生的事情时，往往就是这种心境。不停对自己说不行，做不到！然后不敢开始。结果就真的一直做不到了。

塔拉妈妈非常勇敢，我很佩服她。她胆子也小，但她不怕事，一旦遇到事情了就像勇士一样站出来。

人生最大的遗憾不是“我不行”，而是“我本可以”。如果因为怕或者别的理由不敢开始，那岂不可惜。不去搏一搏，人生永远没有可能！

就像蔡康永说的：“15岁觉得游泳难放弃游泳，到18岁遇到一个你喜欢的人约你去游泳，你只好说‘我不会耶’。18岁觉得英文难，放弃英文，28岁出现一个很棒但要会英文的工作，你只好说‘我不会耶’。

机会往往留给有准备的人！有句话是这么说的：你把全世界的游泳教程都看一遍，不去下水游，你永远都学不会！

看着书，又打了一次鸡血……我现在活力满满！

一个人的生命是有限的，在有限的时间里，我们每个人都会面对人生中的遗憾！有人说因为有了遗憾，人生才会完整。因为有遗憾才会让我们以及后人回首往事，思考今生。生老病死，悲欢离合，爱恨情仇都有可能成为我们的遗憾，那么人生中最大的遗憾是什么呢？

　

　小沈阳说：人生最大的遗憾是，人活着，钱没了。

　

　赵本山说：人生最大的遗憾是，人死了，钱没花。

　

　这二位虽说的是戏话却道出了人生遗憾的真谛，人生最大的遗憾没有一个固定的，它在每个人心里都是不一样的。但总的来说包含两个方面：做了和没做！

　

　生活中我们更多地偏向于在人生快走到尽头的时候或遭遇重大变故时，会感慨自己没有做某事而导致终生遗憾。这些没有做的事，没有完成的心结就像魔咒一样会一直影响着一个人。但有时，恰恰做了却成了一辈子的遗憾！

　

　一孝道

　

　所谓“树欲静而风不止，子欲孝而亲不在”。孝道，在中国人的思想中占据重要的分量。现实生活中有很多人的故事很美，但却美在遗憾上。没有尽孝，可以说是很多中国人的一大遗憾。有人说，最大的遗憾没有好好陪父母；有人说，最大的遗憾是没能让外婆见证我的婚礼；有人说，最大的遗憾是没有让妈妈抱上孙子……愧对养我们爱我们的亲人，这种遗憾可以说是受众最广的了。

　

　二没有说出心底的情感

　

　有人说，对于情感最大的遗憾不是失去而是错过。如果从前爱过，最后失去，那不过是一种无奈而不是遗憾！有多少人有过这样的遗憾，年轻的时候喜欢上了一个人，而自己却胆小怯弱，害怕伤害自己的自尊，担心向他/她表白心意而拒绝，害怕结果连朋友都做不了。于是，在心里一直默默地爱着他/她，看着他/她恋爱、结婚，心中充满凄苦和委屈却无法泄出。没有勇敢地表达爱意，这恐怕是无数痴情儿女的最大遗憾吧！

　

　三没有好好珍惜某人某事和时间

　

　有人说，生命就像一条河流，但不是直的而是圆的，而生活就是这个圆。生活中有很多人，上至名人下至百姓，在忙忙碌碌地追求功名利禄之后突然有一天要离开人世了，他们都会有这样的遗憾：没有腾出更多的时间去陪伴我的家人，我的朋友，没能好好珍惜和他们在一起的每一个瞬间。而人生在世如白驹过隙，光阴似箭，转瞬即逝。如果我们没有好好珍惜时间去做一些自己最想做的事情，不管是否成功，如果没有那样做，终究会成为自己的遗憾！

　

　四不完美

　

　人生来具有两种心性：神性和人性。由于各种原因神性在后天的环境逐渐消失殆尽，却保留下了完整的人性。不过，拥有人性的我们却向往消失的神性——完美。人生若不完美就是遗憾！做一件事要做到达到自己满意的程度为止，学习如此，工作如此。因为渴望完美，却让我们的人生留下了许多自己觉得遗憾的事情！

　

　五所托非人

　

　我们每个人都是独立的个体，但我们又渴望融入一个满意的群体里。所以，我们不得不将自己的人格、尊严、信任甚至是我们的生命投入到这个群体里。所托非人就是造成人生遗憾的主要原因。友情的出卖，爱情的背叛，将我们的尊严和信任无情的践踏。所以，我们恨，我们恨自己有眼无珠。这种死不瞑目的恨也是一种人生的遗憾：今生的遗憾就是错信某人，错爱某人！

　

　六一步错，步步错

　

　“红稣手，黄藤酒，满城春色宫墙柳。东风恶，欢情薄。一杯愁绪，几年离索。错、错、错。春如旧，人空瘦，泪痕红浥鲛绡透。桃花落，闲池阁，山盟虽在，锦书难托。莫、莫、莫。”这首《钗头凤》无疑表达了陆游此生的遗憾：悔不该偏听母亲休了爱妻唐婉，让自己保守思念之苦。明显，陆游做错了选择，结果唐婉被休改嫁，自己续娶，但二人却仍旧爱着对方。当唐婉看到这首词后回了一首贺词道出了人生的无奈和遗憾！

　

　爱情如此，人生也是如此。一个人的迷惑往往不是在直达的荆棘路上而是十字路口。一步走错，步步错。我想那些铁窗里的人啊最有体会了吧！

　

　人生遗憾说不明道不尽，用一句话概之：没有把握昨天，没有珍惜今天，不能发现明天！所以，有人发出感叹羡慕天下四件事物：一羡蜉蝣朝生暮死，免受百年人生之苦；二羡凡侣携手白头，彼此相爱相近敬相亲；三羡草木无心无苦，没有痛苦地活着；四羡飞鸟归去自如，相忘于江湖了无牵挂。只可惜，人做不到！因为做不到，所以我们必须面对人生中种种的遗憾！
