股二头肌肌腱拉伤多长时间才能恢复好

肌肉或者肌腱损伤一般需要4－6周的时间才能恢复。

肌肉、肌腱损伤后的最初48小时内应冷敷拉伤处，48小时后开始热敷、按摩、贴膏药等。肌肉、肌腱损伤期间需要静养，不可运动伤处，4一6周恢复后应逐渐加大运动负荷。
