　　 在一个无聊的午后，想起了一个朋友推荐的一部**《和莎莫的500天》，说这部**的音乐很好，估计很适合我的观影品位，然后坐在电脑前开始看起来这部**。前半部分比较平淡，中间有事情打扰，就断断续续的看，看到后半部分，才觉得这部**的精华所在，然后一口气看完。看的过程中心绪不宁，看完后，更是颇多感受，立马就记下来。　　 首先我觉得是非常棒的**！其实情节远比音乐要好的多！　　 Tom在办公室里认识了了其实和自己完全不同类型的Summer，她可爱、迷人、有点小小的神秘，属于那种人见人爱的类型；Tom是一个普通的，但是又有点与众不同的见解，其实也就是一个很普通的人，有自己固定的人际圈，交际不太广。Tom从开始就对Summer产生了好感，但是不敢表达自己的想法。在接下来的接触之中，发现彼此之间有颇多的相似之处，Summer也开始产生了兴趣，但这只是一些新鲜感和好感而已，Tom的细心让Summer的感觉开始升华。Summer的表白让俩人开始了一段甜蜜、完美的生活，一起度过的每一个日子对于俩人来说都是开心快乐，忘记了过，也没有考虑将来。然而Tom已经开始产生了爱情的感觉，并觉得Summer就是他的惟一；然而Summer却只是追寻一种感觉或者说是经历，她对Tom说：这样就好，谁也不是谁的彼此，享受现在就OK了。Tom无法接受这样的处境，可是也没有勇气改变它，因为他还想享受这现在这一刻的美好，他认为总有一天Summer会明白这一切，因为他认为对于双方来说，都是唯一的、与众不同的。因为Summer对他说过很多以前的事情，并表示Tom是值得信任的，在爱情方面也是。时间就这样开始过着，双方一样的看**，留下纹身，吵架后道歉，貌似没有什么不同……　　 然而，这种新鲜感对于Summer来说总会消失掉，Tom也总会等到Summer开始改变的那一刻。一年后，以前有意思的事情对于Summer来说开始变得没有任何的乐趣，Summer也迷失了自己，她需要对这一段的生活开始降温，于是对Tom说，还是回到遇见的时候吧。Tom无法接受这个说法，他以为Summer总有一天会接受他，当这来临的时候，Tom觉得末日到来了，他无法接受这个the one从此没有了；因此开始堕落，买醉，回忆着以前的一切。时间还是继续流淌着，工作生活依然没有太大的变化，只是人的心境开始变了，这就意味着俩人总还有遇到的时候。在参加一个朋友婚礼的路上，俩人意外相遇，并镇定一起喝咖啡，貌似过都没有发生过。在婚礼上盛装前往，喝酒，聊天，跳舞，甚至Summer邀请Tom周末参加她的Party，最后在归途上，Summer把头靠在Tom的肩膀上，Tom觉得爱情又回来了。　　 在Summer的Party中，**同时用了两个画面，一个是“Expectations”——期望，展现着Tom期望两人如从前一样，开心的聊天，拥吻；一个是“Reality”——现实，普通的朋友，很好的展示了Tom的内心世界和现实的处境。在Party中，Tom发现Summer确实已经把自己当成了朋友，普通到不能再普通的朋友，最重要的是看到了散发着刺眼光芒的订婚钻戒。Tom冲出了Party，觉得周围的街道、路人、甚至是自己已经开始变得灰色，渐渐的消失不见。Tom彻底的伤心和堕落，度过34天后，回到卡片公司后，面对讨论爱情的卡片设计时，他终于爆发了，他以前那么的相信命运、爱情、梦想、快乐、信任、童话，现在突然觉得这一切都是假的。Tom辞职了，离开了那个他一直想给别人带来美好的工作，因为他觉得之前他一直在欺骗。Tom重新拾起了自己梦想的建筑师，开始不停的画图，面试，重新找回自己。再一次面试的路中，经过以前曾和Summer过的那个草坪，在那个草坪中，Tom给Summer描绘着自己的爱好，给Summer纹身。他再次在那停留，坐在以前坐过的椅子上，却发现偶遇了Summer，像以前一样开始聊天。聊起了Summer与现任丈夫的偶遇，聊起以前Tom的追求，并坦然自己以前从不相信，但是现在却相信了。Summer摧毁了Tom以前的信仰，最后却说Tom没有坚持他的信仰，最后两人离开时，并互相祝福，那种不怎么真心的祝福。在第500天的时候，Tom在面试的过程中，遇到了另一个女孩，至此与Summer的500天结束，与另一个女孩的不知道多少天，也许是一辈子的第一天。没有开始也许就意味着没有结束……　　 回头想想这种事情天天就发生在我们的身边，两人仅因为一种好感在一起，可是其中一方仅是为了找到一中感觉，另一个则是为了追寻自己的信仰，一般的结局都是为了找寻好感的一方迅速撤离，也摧毁了另一方的信仰。结果到头来，双方有的觉悟，有的继续……　　 有人容易为了追寻梦想而迷失自己，坚定的以为追求的那个就是自己一辈子的the one，可是对于不爱自己的信仰，那就不是唯一。Tom在最后终于找到了自己，追寻自己的梦想，终于也找回了对于自己来说最重要的the one！
