感情寄托是什么意思？

“感情寄托”的意思是将自己情绪和情感寄于某人或某物上。

感情寄托通俗点解释就是“我”把“我”的感情交付在了一个人的身上，这时会觉得自己是无比的爱着对方，以至于自己无法自拔，失去对方一点点都无比痛苦。

但是这其实是假的，只是把自己的情感投射在对方身上，使对方不自觉的做出回应自己的举动，而这举动恰好是想要的。
