十个里面有九个回答“希望”。

是啊，我们并不是不想和前任复合，只是不知道怎么办了。

两个人在一起久了，并不是什么大是大非的问题，大多都是一些无关痛痒的问题，想不明白怎么就分手了？

曾经一度认为只需要解决那些问题就可以了，然而越是解决反而越是不行。

后面才发现，表面的问题只是表面的问题，真正的问题一直都被我们所忽略。

比如：

First：每个人都是相爱相杀的本质——你属于哪种依恋类型？

亲密关系的本质也是人际关系的一种，人际关系会受个体经历和经验的影响。

总体取向便是依恋类型。

根据巴塞洛缪提出的四种依恋类型。

安全型：容易相信爱情，对于爱情不会轻易怀疑自己，怀疑对方。在爱情里面具备更高更好的感知力，和我们相处起来比较轻松。

痴迷型：在爱情里面没有主见，不清楚自己想要的是什么，非常容易全身心投入到一段爱情里面去，同时也要求对方和自己一样，如果对方和自己不一样就容易气急败坏，觉得自己不被爱。

恐惧型：我不知道怎么去经营一段爱情。进入爱情我会害怕，有很多担心。但我也希望可以拥有属于自己的爱情。我很难相信我可以和别人谈好恋爱，总觉得别人会伤害我，对我不友好。

疏离型：我不想和别人谈恋爱，我不是很需要爱情，我觉得没有爱情，我也可以自己一个人过的很好，爱情对我来说更多是一种负累。

也就是我们每个人天生都是不完美的，存在各种各样的问题，而我们恋爱的本质和底层需求便是在恋爱当中去完善我们，遇见那个更好的自己，最后两个人达成一致，共同成长。

比较遗憾的是，在这个过程当中我们总是会容易出现差错。

对于痴迷型依恋的人来说，总是一股脑的把所有的爱建立在对方身上，同时希望对方也可以提供相应的回馈，一旦对方没有，就容易作，容易闹，进一步影响关系的发展。

对于恐惧型依恋的来说，当我们靠近他时，他会本能的逃避，害怕太过于和我们深入，但当我们真的稍微离远一些，他又会本能的害怕，我们离得太远。

经常在爱与不爱，怕爱与怕不被爱之间徘徊，纠结。

一个典型表现，两个人发生矛盾的时候，恐惧型依恋总是选择保持沉默，害怕冲突，我们很难理解，便会认为他是在对我们使用冷暴力，多数情况下会放大扩大冲突。

对于疏离型来说，很多女生最直观的感受是，为什么我付出了那么多，为他做了那么多，他为什么看起来都是无动于衷的样子？时刻感觉到他根本就没有那么爱我。

实际上对于他们来说，的确很多情况下给人的感觉就是没有那么爱。

Second：两个人关系破裂的根源是权利失衡与暴力冲突。

1、不同性质的权力划分导致权利失衡。

所谓权利是指在亲密关系当中影响对方行为并抵制对方影响自己的一种能力。

在亲密关系里面权利的大小，分配方案将直接影响一段关系的质量与发展。而权利的来源是建立在对价值资源控制的基础上面。如果我控制了你想拥有的事物的使用权，你可能就会心甘情愿服从我的指令（在合理范围之内）。

以便你能得到你想拥有的事物，那么我就对你拥有权利。我能让你做我希望的事情，至少一段时间里是如此。

一般情况下权利不同的表现形式:

奖赏权利：彼此在一起，可以提供给各自想要的东西，让彼此开心，有一定的收益。

强迫权利：一方利用爱，或者以爱的名义强迫另一方做出不喜欢做，不想做的事情。

合理权利：两个人在一起在合理或者彼此都能接受的范围之内，具备的权限，比如平常的陪伴需求，关爱需求，简单互助行为等。

参照权利：参考其他事物，其他人延伸出来的行为。比如别人的女朋友可以无条件作闹，我也想要这种无条件的作闹。

在一段关系建立的初期，权利划分往往不清晰，或者说各自都愿意把原本属于自己的权利尽可能交给对方。

典型表现，男方一开始追求女方，会各种各样妥协/让步女方，意图在于获得和女方建立关系的机会和可能性。

但在关系建立之后，到中后期，男方便会懈怠或者疲倦，便很大程度上面不再愿意把权利完全交由对方支配。

会开始重新争夺权利的归属权，希望自己可以获得更多的权利，在关系里面得到原本的平衡与平等。

很多时候就女方会开始不能接受，认为权利的丢失等于对方不再爱自己，至少没有以前那么爱自己，心理接受不了这种落差。

在争夺权利过程中，冲突越来越多，最后导致以失败告终（分手）。

权利的大小和个人价值也有关系，价值方面分为硬性价值（钞能力）和软性价值（情感能力）在硬性价值高的前提下我们可能会默认TA的权利更大。

过度去强调硬性价值，而去否定或者直接碾压软性价值，就会造成权利进一步不平等。

2、不同类型的暴力冲突。

普遍下认为情侣之间发生肢体冲突才算暴力，事实上并不是，暴力发生在方方面面，有不同种类。

1）情境性暴力，特定环境下特定的暴力行为。

它一般是从失去控制的剧烈冲突中突然爆发。比如情侣之间周末约好共同出去旅游，结果到地方发现天气变化，不适合旅游，打破了原本的计划。

因此从一开始不满到互相不理解，互相指责到最后彻底爆发，两个人情绪失去控制。

这种冲突在情侣之间经常发生，本身并不会影响关系，重点在于次数，类似的冲突多了，便会造成一方感受到巨大的压力，从而选择结束关系。

2）亲密恐吓，借用爱的名义对对方进行道德绑架。

实际上很多时候我们在恋爱里面，多多少少都会对另外一方进行亲密恐吓，多数情况下我们是没有感觉。

比如；

经济虐待。防止她工作，使他向自己要钱 给她零花钱，拿走她的钱。

典型表现:

比如:

不是我现在不愿意给你花钱，而是我需要存钱，为以后我们结婚做打算。实际上会不会结婚是另外一件事。

限制对方平常消费情况：你不要买这个，那个，那些东西不好，不值得。你不能喝奶茶，你不能买口红，你不能买化妆品。

感情虐待。打击他的自尊和信心，辱骂，使他感觉很差；玩弄心计，羞辱，使他负疚。

典型表现:遇见矛盾的时候，不管矛盾大小，最后都会上升到：

“你不爱我了，如果你爱我你就不会对我这样？”

对于对方的付出习惯性选择视而不见，并且习惯性打击“你做的这些我换一个人也可以给我做，你不要觉得自己付出这些就很了不起了。”

“我和你在一起只不过是可怜你，你什么都不是，只有我要你，不信你离开我，一定没有人会要你。”

推脱罪责。轻描淡写虐待行为，且根本不重视问题，否认虐待存在，转移虐待责任，声称冲突由对方引起。

典型表现:

“这事不能怪我，并不是我的错。”

“我也不想这样，要不是你先这样，我也不会这样。”

举一个例子:男友和其他女生玩暧昧。诱因是女生有一次因为工作忙没有及时回复他的消息。

他就会说“都是你不回我，你说你工作忙，那我知道你忙，我和其他人玩暧昧，也没什么不对吧？”

3）暴力抵抗，不接受被不公平的对待。

我们人的本能反应是以暴制暴，在亲密关系里面尤为明显。

当对方和我争吵时，我们第一个反应并不是他为什么和我争吵，争吵背后的需求是什么？

我们会直接和他争吵，常规反应是为什么和我吵？那我也和他吵，结果就是越吵越猛烈，吵到分手，关系终结。

以上权利和暴力的发生，常态下并不是我们的本意或者故意为之，而是我们自身不够完善，下意识的本能反应。在本能反应下我们也就更难去意识到问题，了解到问题。

third:影响关系的主要因素：压力与紧张。

1、我们总是在用以前的伤痛惩罚现在的人。

在恋爱这件事情上面，我们或多或少谈的会是几段恋爱，并不会是一段恋爱。

每段恋爱开始到结束都有可能带来一定的创伤，这些创伤可大可小。影响也可大可小。

举一个例子:

一位女生在过去习惯性付出，但最后被分手了，她再到下一段关系里面去，就不会再去付出，而是会变成无度的索取。

因为在她看来过去的付出并不能换来被珍惜，于是改变了自己的想法，只有索取才能被珍惜。

但只不过是一个极端过度到另外一个极端上面，她一样不被珍惜。

如果这个创伤没有被治愈，她的第三段感情或许还是会习惯性付出，第四段又会变成习惯性无度索取。

2、无意识的反应，拒绝恋人靠近，伤害恋人的自尊心。

在恋爱里面我们总是会有很多种本能且无意识的反应，排斥属于当中的一种典型表现。

造成排斥的原因是多样性的，也有刻意为之。

举一个例子:

当两个人发生争吵的时候，一方保持沉默，不愿意说话，另一方很希望说话，把问题解决了。对于想要解决问题的一方来说，另一方的沉默就是对于自己的排斥，对于自己的拒绝，会很难接受。

也不会去思考为什么对方保持沉默，更多关注的是对方的沉默，在心理就加深了对对方的失望，对这段关系的失望。

3、害怕你比我更好，会让我失去对你的把握。

我们并不会介意远处的人是好是坏，但肯定会介意自己身边的是好还是坏，对于坏我们可能反应不会那么强烈，对于好我们的反应是巨大且强烈的。

在亲密关系里面，本质上我们是希望我们爱的人要比自己好，也愿意对方比自己好。只是对方真的好，比我们好很多之后，我们心理又会产生一种落差感。

这种落差感背后反应的便是妒忌。

因为害怕对方比自己好，我们就会被对方抛弃，自己把握不住对方。

在妒忌驱使下，我们很可能在前面所讲的两个因素里面，依恋模型和权利与暴力当中故意去制造一些冲突，来达成自己心理的平衡，希望可以更好的把握住对方。不过比较遗憾多数人把握不好这个尺度，后面都以失败告终。

fourth:复合的前提。

1、自我实践，发现以前没有发现的问题。

在我们去修复一段关系的时候，第一个环节就会让很多人卡住。

不知道该怎么办？方向在哪里？会去推断问题，推断原因，总能推断出来很多。

在实际操作时却会发现多数行不通。造成这个原因的产生，是-自我服务偏差造成的。

在自我服务偏差下我们去看待一段关系，总是会带着很强的自我主观意识。

我认为是这样的，应该是这样的，实际上并不是。

比如，我认为我们之所以分手，是因为我们最后吵了一架才会分手，实际上是在最后一架之前还有无数次同样的争端累积着。

自我实践便是跳出自己的主观意识和思维，试着以第三视角去重新看待这段关系。

比如:我把我自己抽出来，我就像看**一般，去重新回顾这段关系。

在这段关系里面我们坏的地方，坏的事件有多少？每次面对坏我们各自都是什么样的表现和反应？背后需求是什么？

比如男朋友和我说对不起，可以了吗？本意是他希望和我休战，休战是真实的需求，而不是我认为的那样：他在敷衍我。

2、换一种爱的方式，让对方意识到你是真的改变了。

很多时候我们恋爱之所以失败，并不是我们不够爱，恰恰是我们足够爱，但用错了爱的方式。

我们总是认为自己是对的，自己爱的方式是可以的，所以默认对方也应该可以。

爱的越深，对方压力越大，我们越累，对方越想逃离。

准确的是维持恋爱长期发展的秘诀是:用对方喜欢的方式去爱他，然后告诉对方自己喜欢的方式，让他也用自己喜欢的方式来爱自己。

比如在修复关系的时候，我们明明很有需求感，却要尽可能的去伪装，甚至是对方已经打算重新接受我们的时候，我们也可能假装拒绝，保持什么所谓的神秘感和失去感，结果只会适得其反。

这时是一个非常好的机会，我们是可以比较直接和明确的告诉对方。

我有一个朋友，叫她小E吧，她经常有话不和男朋友直接说，总觉得男朋友爱自己就应该完全懂自己，不懂就是不爱。在她这个观念下面，男朋友受不了，送完礼物就和她提了分手，她一下子急了，找到我。我分析之后让她给男友发了这段话：

龙马对比嘉中第一单打，大家都期待着见识龙马在美国的锻炼结果，尤其是他的COOL抽击球，龙马在发球局打出和外旋发球有些不一样的发球先拿下一局，但这并不是COOL抽击球。到田仁志慧发球局时，对方使出发球绝招--BIGBURING的必杀技，强大的力量无人能接得住，龙马每次都被打落球拍，各人都拿下发球局，如此一来，只要两人都拿下发球局，就没有输的一方，只有拿下自己的发球局并抓住空档破解对方才能取得胜利。最后果然6：6进入抢七局，当比嘉中其它人欢呼BIGBURING威力不减时，比嘉中部长木手永四郎却惊觉事情不这么简单，果真在最后的一刻，龙马接住了对方的BIGBURING，并使出真正的COOL抽击球，以7：6取得最后的胜利。最后看出其实在对方发球局时龙马就在最后接住了一球而球拍没被打落，后来一直被打飞是迷惑对方的战术，在长达40多分钟的比赛中消耗对方BIGBURING的威力，在最后一刻破解田仁志慧的必杀技。

OVA 3 : The Fourth Counter (第四重反击)

不二&河村的双打组合迎战比嘉中，第一场时比嘉中监督示意平古场凛故技重演，用打伤六角监督的伎俩再次击向龙崎教练，却被河村击回，但接下来的比赛中凛用冲绳奇怪的缩地法和绝技“匙影”分别破解了不二的必杀技“巨熊回击”和河村的必杀技“波动球”，拿下第一局，接下来，不二的三种回击全部被凛破解，而河村使不出力量的波动球，二人被凛压制着，但不二和河村靠着消失的发球和默契的配合反击着。而凛也渐渐使出全力，显出疲态，但是却对这场比赛有了极大的兴趣，没有理会监督的再次示意，并说稍稍放松一点就会被反超，所以不允许有任何人来破坏这场比赛，即使是监督也一样。最后到了赛末点，比嘉中胜券在握，当凛再次使用必杀技“匙影”时，却遭到不二第四重回击--“蜉蝣笼罩”回击，化解了“匙影”的多种回旋，情势急转，最后青学双打以7：6再次赢得比赛：

青学顺利出线，而其他强队立海大、不动峰也纷纷进入八强。在接下来的抽签里，青学竟然再次遇上了冰帝！

08 桃城与忍足！隐藏的力量 2006/11/30

单打三开始了，桃城对冰帝的天才忍足。桃城令人惊异的放弃了力量型的打法，利用自然的风力、阳光，再加上出色的洞察力，一连拿下四局。但冰帝的天才难道只有这点实力么

09 闪电战？ 2006/11/30

虽然桃城竭尽全力，仍然以4-6惜败。接下来，由青学的乾、海棠对冰帝的向日、日吉。青学这边拥有体力上的绝对优势，然而冰帝似乎准备以闪电战打垮对手，不给对方打持久战的机会呢

网球王子剧场版

《二人的武士》在结束了连番的恶战之后，青学网球社的队员们终于恢复了日常的训练生活。就在大家还在商量该如何利用有限的假期时间的时候，手冢国光收到了一封邀请函。 发出这封邀请函的，是有名的富豪樱吹雪彦吕，他早已听闻青学队员们的网球技术相当精湛，想邀请全体成员前往他的私人豪华游轮上做客。樱吹雪彦吕在社交圈也是为赫赫有名的大人物，在这次豪华游轮的出海旅途上，为了能让他邀请的各界名流一饱眼福，他还希望青学队员们能参加在游轮上举行的公开表演赛。 一方面出于与不知名的高手切磋球艺的目的，另一方面能够享受到奢华级的海上旅行，手冢决定带领队员们前往樱吹雪的巨大游轮。在那里，让越前龙马感到震惊的是，表演赛的主力对手竟然是他久未谋面的哥哥！对于龙马来说，对他网球道路影响最深远的，除了父亲，就是很小便离开家门的哥哥越前龙牙。此刻的相遇，立刻将童年的记忆唤醒，一时间给予龙马很大的打击。表演赛的前夕，青学队员们又受到了樱吹雪的嘱托：樱吹雪希望在比赛中，青学队员能够假装输给自己组织的球队。这时大家才明白，原来所谓的公开表演赛只不过是一个幌子，这次海上旅行其实是樱吹雪策划好的一个巨大赌局！只要青学队员认输，樱吹雪便能赢的青学一行人最后虽然都很轻松地赢了。但中间却经历被扣押，逃亡等艰辛，龙马在最后也终于战胜了以前从未战胜过的哥哥——越前龙雅。

当然最后和所有关于船的剧场版一样，船沉了……（大家被前来搭救的迹部女王给救了……）

个人认为下面这部比较好看（虽然这部里龙马没看到过多少次……）

《迹部的礼物～献给您的网王祭》中各校网球队将全员出动，在占地庞大的迹部财阀土地上举办令人兴奋的超大豪华祭典！

《网球王子》中难得出现的角色、众人喜爱的网王人物等，都将以不同於以往的姿态全部登场。

其实还是有点乱的，总之就是一直在举办各种除打网球之外的活动。就和学院际差不多。

这场活动是迹部为哗地生日而举办的（顺便为从小一起玩得很好的，姐姐就要出嫁了的哗地打气。）结果却搞错。（那天根本不是哗地的生日。）但不愧是女王，说了句：“不过，今天就是你的生日！是吧，哗地？”就搞定了~~~~~~~~~~那个帅阿~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
