结婚证的概念

结婚证，是婚姻登记管理机关签发的证明婚姻关系有效成立的法律文书。正本一式两份，男女双方各持一份，其式样由民政部统一制定，由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府统一印制，县、市辖区或不设区的市人民政府加盖印章，结婚证书须贴男女双方照片，并加盖婚姻登记专用钢印。

结婚证为什么需要翻译？

中国公民在签证申请中，需要提交身份证明文件，结婚证作为证明婚姻关系的法律证明文件，常被作为婚姻关系、亲属关系、已婚证明最有力的证明文件。根据大使馆和领事馆的文件要求，中文表述的文件应提供翻译件。

比如美国非移民签证中学生签证对家属的说明：

有家属陪同的申请人还需提供一下材料：申请人与其配偶或子女的关系证明（例如结婚证和出生证明）

德国等申根国家要求：

结婚证：经公证处翻译公证并由中国外交部认证的结婚证（原件+复印件）

 

结婚证翻译件的特点：

1     结婚证格式具有全国统一性，结婚翻译件应与原件排版保持基本一致。

2     结婚证翻译件的内容应与原件完全一致，不允许错译漏译。

3     结婚证翻译件中包含的印章信息，在翻译过程中应该截图予以保留，并附文字说明。

4     结婚证翻译件应严格按照大使馆或领事馆文件要求提交，英属联邦制国家要求提供的中文表述文件必须经有资质的个人或机构进行翻译，译文应附译者声明，译员的个人信息（包含译员签名、资质证书编号、译员所在单位的地址、****、翻译日期）。

5     申根国家签证结婚证翻译件还应进行双认证。

结婚证翻译流程:

1     找一家有资质的正规翻译公司（正规翻译公司经营范围包含“翻译服务”字样，英文名称包含“TRANSLATION”字样，翻译件可以加盖翻译专用章）

2     将自己的结婚证扫描件或者“漏四角”的照片件，通过邮件或微信方式发个正规翻译公司。

3     翻译公司报价，签订合同敲定交稿日期，付款完成进行翻译。

4     正规翻译流程：接稿-分派译员翻译-校对-排版-最终审校-盖章-交稿

5     翻译公司根据客户提供的地址，将加盖翻译公司中英文公章、翻译专用章、涉外专用章的文件通过快递方式邮寄给客户，同步发电子版稿件。

6     客户拿到文件检查无误，则视为合作成功。（如果稿件有翻译问题，翻译公司有义务无偿为客户进行修改，直至用户满意为止。）

上海结婚证翻译有两种可能性

一个是，在上海登记的、由当地民政部门签发的中国结婚证，此时翻译成去向国的语种，以英语为主，间或有日语或者其他语种的翻译需求。

二是，将在国外注册结婚的、由外国婚姻登记机构签发的外国结婚证拿回上海使用，此时要翻译成汉语。

以上两种，都不能自己或者委托个人、或者委托其他不具备翻译资质的机构来翻译，而是要由意见正规上海翻译公司来翻译。不是说个人或者其他机构无法正确翻译，而是强调客观公正性，翻译公司是与当事方没有利益瓜葛的第三方机构，具有赋权的合法翻译资质，可以承担此重任。

上海翻译公司将翻译好的结婚证，无论哪种，都要加盖翻译专用章，并附带翻译资质，方为有效。
