keep怎样计算米饭热量的公式？

Keep大多数食物热量的计算采用的是单位重量食物的热值×食物重量的方法，因此计算米饭的热量公式为：

米饭热量（大卡）=单位重量米饭的热量值（大卡/克）×米饭重量（克）

单位重量米饭的热量值可以在食物热量表中查找，一般以100克为基础。

需要注意的是，米饭的热量与米的品种、烹饪方式等因素有关，因此在计算时应选择与实际情况相符合的数据。另外，还需要注意米饭的摄入量，不宜过量，以免导致身体负担过重。

2 找到食物库，点击打开。

3 进入后，点击右上方的放大镜图标。

4 输入想要查找的食物名称，点击搜索。

5 输入食物的重量，然后点击计算热量按钮，就能知道该食物的卡路里数。

在 Keep 上记录的食物卡路里，一般保存在个人健身记录中，可以随时查看和分享。
