一、健美操音乐的选用

健美操可以选用单纯的音乐或歌曲。由于单纯的音乐比歌曲容易理解，一般选用单纯音乐的较多。但

一首大家都非常熟悉的而且内容健康的中文歌曲也同样能起到良好的效果。如果选用外文歌曲，最好能懂

得歌词的意思，以免出现动作与音乐内涵不符的现象。在选用民族音乐时，必须注意音乐本身的气氛和效

果，同时在使用中，还要注意到动作与音乐风格上的协调。

二、健美操音乐的节奏

健美操音乐除对节拍的速度有一定要求外，一般没有更多的其他要求。在速度方面，竞技性健美操要

求音乐速度为10秒26拍以上；健身性健美操为10秒23拍左右。一般快节奏的音乐，能使一套动作显得更活

泼，但音乐的速度并不是越快越好，因为动作的速度要受到动作幅度大小的限制，音乐速度过快，甚至超

过了动作本身的节奏速度，练习者就难以在应有的音乐节拍中完成动作，这就破坏了动作节奏与音乐之间

的协调关系。总之，音乐节奏的快慢和强弱，音调的优美和谐，直接关系到动作节奏的快慢、幅度的大小

、动作的高低起伏及运动负荷的大小等。我们应尽量使音乐节奏与动作的进行相吻合。

成套健美操的音乐，还可以采用慢板音乐作为开始部分或结束部分，这有利于更好地表现快板音乐的

速度和力度，尤其结束时，可以给人一种松弛和宁静的感觉。健美操动作与音乐旋律协调一致，会激发练

习者的情绪，给练习者带来愉快和美的享受，可以延缓疲劳的出现，达到健身和陶冶情操的目的。
