FOB价格是什么意思啊？

FOB报价，也称“离岸价”，是国际贸易中常用的贸易术语之一。

FOB（Free On Board的首字母缩写），按离岸价进行的交易，买方负责派船接运货物，卖方应在合同规定的装运港和规定的期限内将货物装上买方指定的船只，并及时通知买方。货物在装运港被装上指定船时，风险即由卖方转移至买方。

目前大部分国内的工厂报价所采用得较多的一个报价，因为相对来说拖车和报关费都比较固定，而海运费是一个浮动的价格，生产到出货有一定的时间，由买方承担运费工厂可以规避因海运费浮动还有海运途中有可能发生意外的风险。

简单说就是从国外买设备，卖家只管把设备送到他们国家的港口，剩下的从国外运到中国的运费、保险费用都是自己出。

国际贸易术语（Trade Terms of International trade），又称价格术语。

在国际贸易中，买卖双方所承担的义务，会影响到商品的价格。 在长期的国际贸易实践中，逐渐形成了把某些和价格密切相关的贸易条件与价格直接联系在一起，形成了若干种报价的模式。

FOB中的国内费用：

1、加工整理费用；

2、包装费用；

3、保管费用（仓储/租，火险等）；

4、国内运输费用（仓至码头）；

5、证件费用（包括商检费、公证费、领事签证费、产地证费、许可证费、保管费等）；

6、装船费（装船、起吊费和驳船费等）；

7、银行费用（贴现利息、手续费等）；

8、预计损耗（耗损、短损、漏损、破损、变质等）；

9、邮电费（电报、电话、电件、传真、电子邮件等费用）。

FOB价格术语：

国际贸易习惯以港口码头作为交货的地点，因此就有了三种最主要的价格术语： 

1、在中国的码头交货：称FOB

比如约定在上海港口交货，就叫做FOB SHANGHAI在这种方式下，除了货物本身的价值以外，还要加上你把货物运到上海码头的运费，和报关出口手续费以及上海码头上产生的杂费，才是总的成本价格。FOB价格是最基本的价格。

简便公式: FOB =货价+国内运杂费 

2、在外国码头交货: 称CNF 

比如约定在美国纽约港口交货，就叫做CNF NEWYORK在这种方式下，除了FOB价格之外，还要加上货物运到美国纽约的运杂费。 

简便公式:CNF = FOB+远洋运费 

3、在外国码头交货,同时给货物买上个保险以免途中损坏: 称CIF

约定在纽约港口交货就叫CIF NEW YORK这种方式就是在CNF价格的基础上，加上一点保险费。保险费的费用是多少，由保险公司来定，根据货物类别和交货地点而略有不同。 

简便公式:CIF = FOB+远洋运费 +保险费

每一模式都规定了买卖双方在某些贸易条件中所承担的义务。用来说明这种义务的术语，称之为贸易术语。

贸易术语所表示的贸易条件，主要分两个方面：

1、说明商品的价格构成，是否包括成本以外的主要从属费用，即运费和保险；

2、确定交货条件，即说明买卖双方在交接货物方面彼此所承担的责任、费用和风险的划分。

贸易术语是国际贸易中表示价格的必不可少的内容。

开报价中使用贸易术语，明确了双方在货物交接方面各自应承担的责任、费用和风险，说明了商品的价格构成。从而简化了交易磋商的手续，缩短了成交时间。

由于规定贸易术语的国际惯例对买卖双方应该承担的义务，作了完整而确切的解释，因而避免了由于对合同条款的理解不一致，在履约中可能产生的某些争议。

一些国家鼓励出口使用CIF术语，进口使用FOB术语，由本国保险公司和承运人保险或承运。

根据《2000年通则》的解释,FOB术语只适用于海运和内河运输。FOB船上交货（指定装运港）

“船上交货（指定装运港）”是当货物在指定的装运港越过船舷（根据INCOTERMS 2010，即国际贸易术语解释通则)，风险。FOB术语要求卖方办理货物出口清关手续。

该术语仅适用于海运或内河运输。如当事各方无意越过船上交货，则应使用FCA术语。

1、数量不断增加
