如果当脊柱出现一些病理性的变化,那我们要怎么办呢?

力量举是一种有别于一般举重的新的举重竞技项目。
力量举重,竞技运动项目之一,分深蹲、卧推、硬拉3项,以总成绩判名次。力量举重源于20世纪60年代的欧美。1964年,力量举重在东京残奥会首次亮相,当时这项运动只面向有脊髓损伤类型的男子运动员开放。
1992年,残奥会只设力量举重比赛,举重将被移出残奥会竞赛项目。2000年,悉尼残奥会首次将女子力量举重纳入竞赛项目表。力量举重的最高组织机构是国际力量举重联合会,1972年11月在美国正式成立。中国的最高组织是中国残疾人体育协会,1983年10月20日成立于北京。
