如何安全提重物

大家平时都是如何抬重物的呢？

有没有把脊柱保持在一个很正确的位置呢？

弯腰动作在我们日常的生活中是非常常见的，而且它是一个我们日常要保持或者是维持的一个动作。在许多情况下，比如说捡东西或者是系鞋带儿的时候，我们需要弯腰去完成这些动作。这种弯腰方式是脊椎一节节屈曲，从而完成弯腰动作。在日常生活中，不需要完成抬重物或者给脊柱造成很多压力的动作时，我们可以选择这种方式。

如果当脊柱出现一些病理性的变化，那我们要怎么办呢？

当脊柱出现病理问题的时，应避免脊柱一节节屈曲完成弯腰的这种动作模式，这样可能会引起椎间盘的问题。在脊柱的病理情况下，即使是捡起一个很轻的物体的时候，还是推荐维持脊柱的直立位置，完成弯腰动作。

　　最廉价易行的方式是——举重物。这个方法早在汉代之前就很流行，大家熟悉的楚霸王项羽，早年就是因为“力能扛鼎”闻名乡里。古人习武健体有“练力”一科，包括搏虎、拔树、背兽、举鼎、抱鹿等项目。宋朝时，特别流行举石球、掇石墩，号称练“整劲儿”，指力、腕力、臂力、腰力、腿力缺一不可，这样练出来的力气是活力气，上场打仗才管用。

　　天朝自从进入封建时代以来，主流文化一直是温柔敦厚文人范儿。说起重文轻武，大家都知道宋朝是有名的，可就算在军事扩张强大的汉与唐，一身蛮力的纠纠武夫也从没进入过社会的主流。从审美上来看，中国自古以来为大众称赞的男人相貌一直都是文弱儒生的类型。您知道司马迁形容汉初第一美男子张良的时候是啥措辞？——状貌如妇人好女！

古代将军都爱往白胖儒将的路线发展，可真要上场打仗，怎么也得有点肌肉吧？——此言差矣，咱们得澄清一个问题：有肌肉等于有力气吗？或者换个问法，在冷兵器时代的战场上，“八块腹肌”和“腰粗十围”哪个更有用？

举大石、拖汽车、抛圆木这些项目其实非常类似古代军队训练，跟健身房里的肌肉男玩的根本不是同一套。真正的大力士体型是膀大腰圆，而非拥有完美的肌肉线。想想吧，在血肉横飞的冷兵器战场上，你就算练出十六块腹肌又有毛用？谁打仗的时候跟你比卧推重量？

力量举是一种有别于一般举重的新的举重竞技项目。

力量举重，竞技运动项目之一，分深蹲、卧推、硬拉3项，以总成绩判名次。力量举重源于20世纪60年代的欧美。1964年，力量举重在东京残奥会首次亮相，当时这项运动只面向有脊髓损伤类型的男子运动员开放。

1992年，残奥会只设力量举重比赛，举重将被移出残奥会竞赛项目。2000年，悉尼残奥会首次将女子力量举重纳入竞赛项目表。力量举重的最高组织机构是国际力量举重联合会，1972年11月在美国正式成立。中国的最高组织是中国残疾人体育协会，1983年10月20日成立于北京。

杠铃：比赛中使用的杠铃，规定最重杠铃片的厚度不得超过5厘米，20公斤杠铃片的厚度为3厘米。举重台：比赛用的举重台面积不得小于25米×25米。如果举重台的面积小于4米×4米，则其厚度不得超过4厘米。

卧推架：长凳的宽度为30厘米，高45厘米，长度不短于122米。凳面呈水平安放。杠铃支架的高度为87~92厘米，支架立柱之间相距110~115厘米。深蹲架可用立柱升降式钢架或木质结构制成，其高度以运动员肩负杠铃后能自如地搁、取杠铃为宜。

国际力量举重联合会（InternationalPow-erliftingFederation，IPF）是一个国际性的体育组织，是国际单项体育联合会总会承认的体育联合会。成立于1972年11月，总部设在美国的哈里斯堡。
