以我粗浅的理解，这也就是说只要双方都还在乎让对方开心，就能够让婚姻幸福下去。

而这主要涉及到七个原则。

1, Enhance your love map

按我的理解，这条原则主要是说夫妻双方需要更多了解对方，理解对方，了解对方的性格，情绪，思维等等方面的特点（包括有点缺点），最重要的是去理解，不是去批判（尤其是缺点和敏感点）。

2, Nurture your fondness and admiration

这一点，我认为是更重要的是去关注对方的优秀品质，去关注积极面，保护好双方曾经的心动，并在婚姻生活中不断发现发掘对方的好。而不是去关注缺点，每天揪着一两个缺点不放。

3, Turn toward each other instead of away

两个人的情感距离其实一直是动态的，随着心情，情绪有所变化，经营婚姻就是经营两个人之间的情感距离，关注并满足对方的情感需求，拉近这个距离。

4, Let your partner influence you

两个人在一起，就是互相从对方身上学习，互相影响，最后双方都得到提高。当然这个互相影响肯定是正面的。而不是互相激发对方那些不好，并不断放大。

5, Solve your solvable problem
